Ivanovna5, thanks for the recipe!

I made 1 glass of cereals (washed), poured 1 glass of cold water into them, 3 glasses of cold milk, 3 tsp. Sahara. I put on 0.3b for 28 minutes, the porridge was thin and undercooked (this is 30 minutes after the end of the program). Put it on for another 7 minutes - it turned out great!
Total 35 minutes at a pressure of 0.3b and let stand for a while. The porridge had such a smack as if I had added a little vanilla to it. When cooked on the stove, the taste is slightly different.

Sonichka, Nadya, maybe I use a finer grind, but the porridge always comes out cooked, or maybe we just have different tastes. Thank you for your attention to the recipe! And you know what, you've got a completely different recipe, so make it out separately, it will definitely come in handy for someone, because everyone's tastes are so different. I will definitely try to cook it your way too, right now!

Ivanovna5, Anna, if you still decide to cook according to my recipe, please unsubscribe, how do you like the result. And then I will take out the recipe separately from this unit for the third day of everything and I try to cook porridge using a scientific poke. I compare the result with what is more or less obtained in an ordinary saucepan.
On the other hand, Tanyulya's recipe for rice porridge, which seems to have already become a classic for Shteba, is also not working for me. I need to increase the time by 5 minutes. Otherwise, too much liquid remains, and the rice becomes damp. So I don't know if the fact that I have an XL model (6 liters) is relevant.

Nadenka, despite my impulse to repeat your method of cooking wheat porridge today, I had to go "the beaten path", that is, she cooked, as usual, but a reduced portion. At home, I found scanty remnants of wheat cereal, fine and with a lot of flour, there was nothing to wash (I must note that I never wash crushed cereal at all), I wanted to try it, but alas ... But as soon as I fill up with wheat, I will definitely cook and report.
Today I set the time to 25 minutes (under the impression of your post) and after the end of the program, the porridge stood on the heating for about an hour, I forgot about it, because I was full, besides, I was "stuck" in the internet What can I say , the porridge was a success, if desired, it could be rubbed into a paste with a spoon, which, of course, I did not do, but the readiness of the grains was 100 percent! The only thing I repeat, who does not like thick, you need to add liquid 1-2, or even 3 measuring cups. My husband always wants thinner, but I love exactly this consistency of wheat porridge.I don’t have a photo, from a phone with a weak camera, but I don’t have any other means to capture my creations. Here, but for me it turns out not boiled, the outer shell is felt on the teeth, in density it is close to squash caviar, and this is in 35 minutes! Maybe it’s because I’m pouring cold liquids, I don’t know. In addition, I leave it on a delayed start overnight, so that the porridge is freshly cooked in the morning. In general, experiments and experiments again!

By the way, regarding washing cereals, I read somewhere that it is necessary to wash. The water is really dirty at first, and some garbage is washed out. I thought that maybe I wouldn't wash it for myself, but for my daughter it's better to be safe!
I have such a grind, I don’t know if the size will be clear, a match head for comparison:

girls, why do you cook for 0.3? I decided to cook for 0.7 for 25 minutes. will cook, I will report

UPD: cooked 1: 3 (water / milk - 50/50) - cooked great, at least I have the same memory from childhood. the shell, yes, it is felt, but it always seems to be felt in this croup. in terms of density, it turned out to be medium - just the way I like it.
did not release pressure, opened after 30 minutes of heating
