Ingredients

Sauce:
sour cream 100 g
ketchup 50 g

Cooking method

  • All components of the sauce are mixed in any container. Blind meatballs, put them in a thicket, having previously moistened in sauce on all sides. You can also put slices of raw potatoes moistened with the same sauce on top of the meatballs. Then you need to pour the sauce into the bowl on the meatballs, close the lid and valve.
  • Fish program, pressure 0.7, time 15 minutes.
  • After the signal, the pressure must be relieved.

For the benefit or for the disposal of the leftovers, I add a lot here - in this case, the cabbage filling left over from yesterday's pies. Very well grated carrots, all kinds of grass. And to add rolled oats to the minced meat - I spied on Chuchelka, thank you very much to her.

In theory, I'm not strong, he is like instead of a roll, or it gives looseness, or takes excess moisture, or binds it together with an egg. But rolled oats are incomparably healthier than rolls and semolina, my youngest of eaters is fastidious, but I haven't removed food like meatballs, so I stuff everything that is for good in them - sometimes there is a pinch of dried seaweed, Bulgarian pepper, you just need to make sure that there is enough eggs and cereals as binding, because this is a recipe without frying.
