Ingredients

frozen mussels 1 package (450g)
fruits and vegetables (mix) 400-500g
oyster or fish sauce 2 tbsp. l.
zest and juice of 1 orange (lime, lemon)
water (coconut milk) 2 mstk
spices (ginger, coriander, fennel) 1 tsp.
chilli 1/2 - 1 pc.
garlic, herbs

Cooking method

  • Everything is prepared simply and quickly. Defrost the mussels in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Vegetables and fruits can be fresh, frozen and canned. Pumpkin, squash, bell peppers, tomatoes, pineapple, apples, plums, pears, green beans, green peas in different proportions are well suited. Actually, whoever had what was found (I have a pumpkin and a frozen mixture of pear and plum - in the summer there was nowhere to put it, so I froze it). Slightly defrost the frozen ones, chop everything. Put all the ingredients (except for the garlic and herbs) in a non-stick bowl in the order indicated in the recipe. Water on top of 2-3 tbsp. l. olive oil and soy sauce. "Porridge" mode 0.7 10 min. Open when unlocked, add crushed garlic and herbs, mix, add salt. Very tasty and simple!

Note

You can use any set of vegetables and fruits, everything is very tasty. You can and only vegetables, but with fruits it is much tastier. I used coconut milk, but you can also just water. And in general, I was in a hurry and defrost everything for 2 minutes in the microwave, but the result is excellent. Do not add a lot of liquid, it goes a lot from mussels and fruits and vegetables. And I did it in stainless steel, it burned slightly to the bottom, so it's better to do it in a non-stick bowl.
