Vitamin salad Taste explosion

Ingredients

White cabbage 200 grams
carrot 100g
bulb onions 100g
seaweed 50 grams
cucumbers 50 grams
cranberry 50 grams
Apple 50 grams
salt, sugar, citric acid 1 tsp.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop cabbage, carrots, onions, sprinkle with salt, sugar and citric acid (or pour with lemon juice). Stir gently without crushing. Everything should crunch.
  • See, the cabbage retains its shape.

  • Let stand for 20-30 minutes. Add cucumbers (I have, this time, from the freezer, but dolmashny ones), pre-soaked (if you have salted) seaweed, cranberries, an apple. Pour oil on my mixture of flaxseed, mustard, corn, sesame, olive and sunflower, mix and serve.

Thanks for the recipe, sorry I didn't see it before! I couldn't attach cucumbers from the freezer to anything and just threw them away, but it turns out that they could have been added to the salad! :) I'll try to make such a salad without cucumbers for now :)

The salad fully justifies its "explosive" name. Very tasty!
I liked the simple but tasty "base" of the salad so much that I made the "summer version" - without seaweed, with seasonal herbs.
I put any sour berries available. This time it turned out to be red currants.
