Ingredients

boiled beans 1 tbsp.
boiled beets 1 PC.
bulb onions 1 PC.
carrot 1 PC.
potatoes 2 pcs.
water 800 ml
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
garlic 2 cloves
parsley
salt, spices taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Preheat the steel bowl in the Frying program, pour in the oil, chop the carrots and onions, sauté for 2 minutes. Turn off Frying mode.
  • 2. Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to the bowl along with beans, water, salt and spices (I have a ready-made mixture of dried herbs and vegetables "For the first courses"). Close the lid, close the valve, Soup mode 0.7 10 min.
  • While the beetroot is boiling, grate the beets on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic.
  • 3. After the end of the program, wait until the temperature drops below 100 g, bleed off the remaining steam, open the lid. Add the beets and garlic, close the lid again and leave for 30 minutes to "reunite" the ingredients.
  • Season the finished beetroot with parsley and serve.
  • Bon Appetit!

How to optimize the preparation of beets and beans.
For a long time still on some forum I read the advice to boil the beans at once with the whole pack, and freeze them. Then use it as needed))) Now my mother, sister, brother's wife do this.
In this case, before cooking the beetroot, I soaked half a pack of beans for an hour in warm water, then, unloading them into a bowl, poured cold water 2 fingers above the level of the beans, set a grate on top and laid the carefully washed beets. Soup program 30 minutes, the pressure was released immediately.
And she started cooking beetroot. And if it hadn't been for Shteba, I wouldn't have started to cook it

Those who wish can cook beetroot soup in broth and add sour cream, but for me it is so delicious!
