Manna, the difference between your multicooker and ours is that it was provided to you for testing, therefore it worked perfectly and the bowl served for almost 3 years without any complaints. When you just buy a multicooker, there is always a chance to run into a marriage, which in this MV was too much according to reviews. My Fili's work suits me, except that the cup has completely passed in two years.

During preparatory boiling, I add 500 ml of drinking 10% cream to 900 ml of milk. This mixture itself is more aromatic and tastier. And yogurt fermented with euitalia turns out to be excellent, worth a spoon!
A vial of eutalia is designed for 2 liters of milk, but I agree with you that when fermented from each other, the result worsens. Therefore, with the handle of a tiny silver coffee spoon, I break the leaven in a vial and pour a quarter of only 500 ml of milk for fermentation. It seems to me that it is more useful- :)

Estimate what time in the morning you can move the yogurt to the cold. For example, at 11 am we put the yogurt on the manual 40 g for 5 hours. Disable auto heating in advance. This means that at 4 in the morning it will turn off, but the fillet keeps warm. And until 8 am the yogurt will continue to cook in the off fillet.
