Ingredients

Avocado 2 pcs.

Cream 22% 100 ml
Oil sl. 40 g
Cream cheese 120 g
Onion 1 is small.
Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Celery 1 stem
Garlic 2 teeth
Paprika 1 tsp
Dill, parsley by branch
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Stir in butter and fry finely chopped onions, bell peppers and celery. When the vegetables are soft, add the paprika and, reducing the heat, gradually, spoon by spoon, stirring, add the cream cheese (I used "Creme Bonjour"). Add chopped herbs and chopped garlic, pour in cream. Boil until thick.

  • Add crayfish tails to the sauce. Both frozen and canned can be used (although fresh is ideal). I had two jars like this:
