Pollock with sour cream sauce

Ingredients

fresh frozen pollock 350-400 gr.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
sour cream 1-2 tbsp. l.
hard cheese (semi-hard) 30 gr.
garlic 1 tooth.
salt taste
greens taste

Cooking method

  • The fish needs to be peeled, fillet and skin separated, cut into pieces.
  • Mix sour cream with grated cheese, chopped garlic and salt.
  • Preheat a frying pan with a spoonful of oil, fry the pieces for 10 seconds on each side, pour the sour cream mixture and fish and simmer under a lid over low heat for 10-15 minutes or send them to the preheated oven at the same time.
  • We serve the fish to the table with the resulting sauce, sprinkle with chopped dill. Fast and tasty. Bon Appetit!
