Ingredients

Flour 200 gr.
Milk 400 ml.
Large eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 50 gr. + 2 tbsp. l
Unsalted pistachios (peeled) 50 gr.
Almond 10 gr.
Vegetable oil* 1 tbsp. l
Butter 40 gr.

Cooking method

  • Peel the pistachios, rinse with boiling water, then pour cold water for a few minutes. Remove the skin. Grind in a blender
