Fried pies on choux-free yeast dough

Ingredients

flour 3 tbsp. l
sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l
sugar 1 tbsp. l
salt 1 tsp
egg yolk 3 pieces
dry yeast 1.5 tsp
flour 4 or 5 tbsp

Cooking method

  • Flour, pod. butter, sugar and salt - combine and mix well. Pour this mixture with boiling water, there should be no lumps. Let the mixture cool.
  • Then add 1 glass of warm water, egg yolks, dry yeast and flour. At first I added 4 glasses - it was not enough, the dough was sticky, in total I still had 1 more glass.
  • I kneaded the dough in a bread maker (I was completely lazy with it, it's very convenient). Let stand for 30 minutes to an hour.
  • Fry in hot oil on both sides.
  • The dough is light and airy.
  • This time I did it with meat, yummyoooooo !!!!
  • The recipe is not mine, I found it in classmates in culinary groups. It seems that I did not find such a recipe here, but if it already exists, it can be deleted.
