  • As a child, my parents and I lived in our house and dad kept rabbits, and mom made them just amazing stew. So nostalgia overcame me, so I wanted to feel this forgotten taste once again. Although I was not very fond of meat then, but putting pieces of stewed meat on the black bread was bliss. I tried to adapt the recipe for the airfryer. The rabbit has a special light taste, but in this recipe it is not felt at all, the meat turns out to be very tasty, soft and aromatic. Husband and daughters appreciated with a bang.
  • Chop the rabbit into pieces and fry in a pan in vegetable oil over high heat until golden brown. In 2 minutes until finished, salt to taste.
  • Melt the interior fat. Arrange the rabbit in jars, add black peppercorns, bay leaf, add boiled water and top with fat. All the liquid should not reach the side of the jar by 5 centimeters. Cover with foil and put in the airfryer at medium fan power for 20 minutes. with that-pre 160 gr.
  • Then we increase the temperature to 240 gr. and from the moment the liquid boils
