If for myself and not for industrial scales, then I think that's enough. All smokers still have 2 tiers. So what's the point of taking a particularly high one? In general, everyone chooses for themselves and their needs. 15 centimeters, of course, is not enough like that. If we take into account the height under the pan for collecting fat, then the height is probably only enough for 1 tier. Which is not enough. Purely my opinion.
