I saw this saucepan a couple of days ago live in MVideo for 3990 - something was not impressed, to be honest
Such a saucepan Lena-koshatnitsy is, she has already started to cook something in it

And I just love everything compact. Most often I cook at one time. And the steamer wants to be quiet.
In addition, everything can be washed in the PMM, for the second month this is important for me!
As soon as it comes, I will play actively. This charm haunted me for two months)))

I wonder if this piece will make a baked bread? I mean the loaves.

I've been testing the gadget for several days. There were pros and cons, and just features.

What's not to like:
1. Appearance, of course, super. But the handles are made of heat-resistant plastic, and on the lid they would not be very damaged. But the set comes with two cute silicone tacks, but declared by the manufacturer.
2. Very short power cord, plus the wire is inserted on the right side of the removable temperature sensor. Very uncomfortable. I had to specifically look for a place for him.
3. A lot of steam is released during cooking. I put it on the windowsill because of this.
4. He's not so small ...
5. Generally not intended for baking, as I expected.

The elongated shape is still peculiar, it requires getting used to. This is both a plus (you can bake something long) and a minus (it is not very convenient to turn the cutlets over).

Pros:
1. Really handy double boiler, however, for peas or corn you have to use silicone molds.
2. Heats up very quickly, but even at 90 degrees heats up very much. I will test with an electronic thermometer.
3. Washes in PMM (the only thing, then you have to pour water out of the slots from the bottom)
4. At the bottom of the frying pan are rubberized feet, so you can serve immediately.

anna_k, Anechka, I also have one. For a month and a half, he haunted me and I decided to calm myself. I fried potatoes, cheburechkas in it, even baked a biscuit. True, the bottom had to be cut off. Malekh burned beneath. She stewed and fried cabbage. It turned out the way I like it. Cooks very quickly, probably due to very fast heating. The short cord, yes, the cord disappointed me a lot. Otherwise I liked it very much.
anna_k
Elena, I've also suffered from it. Until I bought it, I didn't calm down
I also really like it, the cutlets turned out wonderful.
The only thing that confuses is that it heats up very quickly even at a temperature of 45 degrees. I want to measure if there are any errors in the temperature sensors.
anna_k
Catwoman, Elena, tell me, please - did you bake the biscuit in the form or directly in the stewpan? And in what mode?
Catwoman
Anna, I baked the biscuit right in the stewpan, only cut 2 sheets of parchment to the bottom, but .... The biscuit did not rise much, as in the oven. For a biscuit, it is very hot. But I bought a stewpan more for frying. So I'm happy for now. Only pulls the short cord. And the regime was different. She experimented. I even took a picture of a biscuit. I will load the pictures and show them.

Greetings to all borkomanov! I understand that this is not the topic, but can someone tell me where to read about the Borkovsky wok?
anna_k
I haven't seen any reviews on the wok, to be honest.
But in general, I suspect that it heats up easily and quickly, keeps the temperature well and is gorgeous for Asian cuisine.
Only its size ... Except for a very large kitchen. And what about washing is also a question, most likely it is massive and heavy (even if the saucepan is far from a feather, and it is not very convenient for me to wash it in the sink, I immediately throw it into the PMM). It may be enough to wipe it down with a damp cloth, as everyone does with princesses and other gadgets with fixed panels).

p.s. I'm not a drunkard))) There is only a multishaker and this stewpan.
NadinAn
Thank you for responding ... I didn't find any reviews either. But even he hooked me. I'll think.

I look at him and everything I like and like, but I don’t understand - this saucepan cannot be removed from the base? And it really says that the coating is without PFOA? I'm a fool of course, but it's more pleasant for me when they write something about coverage ...
Catwoman
Alexandra, the stewpan from the base is very easy to remove and wash without problems, there is no soap in the dishwasher. I'll get the instructions about the cover now and look.
Catwoman
The instructions say non-stick coating
