Luda, just to brown it, it is enough to set the temperature to 220-250 * C and the time is about 20-30 minutes, and look after the fact. My meat was browned in glaze for 5-7 minutes.
This is when baking or cooking is going on, then the time is set for a long time, and then I set at first 200-220 * C, and then lower it to 180 then to 150 * C
