Yolks 2 pcs.
Butter (margarine) softened 140 g
Sugar 100 g
Vanillin 1 sachet
Baking powder 1 tsp
Flour 245 gr. (about 2 glasses)

Cooking method

  • So:
  • Beat the cottage cheese with a blender until the grains disappear. Add vanillin, beat the yolks. In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar. Combine cottage cheese with yolks and butter with sugar. Add baking powder and flour to the mixture. Mix. The dough should be soft and sticky. We plant the cookies on a bare, unlubricated sheet. Or we form cookies with our hands (I did this and that). Some of the cookies were sprinkled with sugar on top, and some were decorated with raspberries. Make a depression on the cookie with your finger, pour sugar there and insert raspberries, boneless in starch. I did not defrost the berries beforehand.

One small drawback (it seems to me that due to the decrease in the amount of oil), the cookies on the sheet did not settle very well. More or less it turned out only with three nozzles, which can be seen in the photo. But the taste ... mmmm !! Delicate, soft, airy cookies melting in your mouth! Cottage cheese took the usual store 9% fat. I think that the structure is also influenced by the fact that with the help of a blender we make the cottage cheese pasty ... and the amount of oil is not prohibitive ...
And the combination with raspberries (such a slight sourness) is generally a song !! I will definitely do more !! The way and not quite with a syringe, but with the help of hands, but I will !!!
