I ask for help in choosing a Bread Maker.
Family for 3-4 people.
I would like to bake both regular and rye bread.
With additives. Therefore, a dispenser is probably needed.
I settled on two models.
Brand 3801 - 4 890 rubles.
Panasonic SD 2501 - 6 090 rubles.
The brand, as far as I understand, has the ability to program its programs, Panasonic does not have them at all.
Brenda also has built-in scales, although not fundamentally of course.
Panasonic, unlike Brand, has a program for rye bread.
Despite the price, I would probably choose Panasonic in view of a more solid brand, but how much is the lack of programming capability of it?
Maybe there are still some significant differences between them?
Thank you in advance.

Good afternoon, dear bakers. I got involved in such a dispute regarding the choice of a bread machine: I am on the SARMAT forum.
a person is advised to Moulinex. After bitter experience, I am the opponent of this device. I am bringing this question to your independent court. I ask you to judge and help the person with a choice.
Rina
I personally am not a user of Mulinex. But my experience is this:
1. I have seen exhibits more than once, whose inscriptions are completely erased.
2. Once my relatives treated me to wheat bread with a not so pale, but frankly unbaked crown! And this bread was baked in a mulinex.
3. out of five mulinex bread makers, which I talked about with their owners, two of them crossed the annual milestone without any problems (one is used once a week).
Fraser
thanks for the answer. What bakery would you recommend?
Rina
I will add more ... when I was visiting a friend, the owner of the mulinex, I almost fell off my chair when the kneading began in the bread maker. After the quiet Panasonic the mule just rumbled.

Well, a lot has been written on the forum about the number of breakdowns during the warranty period and immediately after it and the leaking buckets.

I would advise, if finances allow, take a Panasonic 2501 (well, or at least 2500) - this is an almost one hundred percent guarantee that the stove and the bucket will serve reliably for 2-3 years, or even 5 years.

If finances do not really allow, then budget Orions have shown themselves to be of high quality.

And I even liked this Mulya so much, I saw it in the store, it just doesn't get out of my head ... A big round bucket, like a multicooker bowl. I immediately imagined that you could bake there alongside bread ... Which bread maker to buy?

and I have Kenwood 256 for 4 years now, I have not regretted a second. no problem.

And what did not inspire something? One of the most advanced settings today in terms of flexibility. They will not significantly improve anything there compared to the current version.
And Moulinex did not calm down, there is simply not enough of it and it is not very cheap, and in the wild west they still position it as baking bread from the supplied sets. So he is not popular with us, respectively.

Hello everyone! accept new ones!
finally decided to buy a bakery (or rather, we were offered to give it to the next family holiday, so the budget is not limited - the choice is even more difficult!). I read about bread makers - a brain explosion already! So I decided to ask for advice. Experienced HP users, please advise !!!

What do we need:
- we will bake rye or rye-wheat (1st grade) or whole-grain bread with various additives. Plus Easter cakes (well, I agree with Easter cakes manually). That is, either the appropriate programs are needed, or the ability to program, like some Delongy ovens
- we will bake with both yeast and sourdough (I still did not understand how and when to separate the sourdough? can it be done automatically? or feed / grow it separately from baking bread?). So you need either the appropriate programs, or the possibility of independent programming
- the ability to put bread for the night / baking in auto mode (unfortunately we have a hard-working mother ...). I understand that you need a dispenser like in Panas 257
- I would like a window to see the process, like Hitachi's. I understand that this contradicts the previous point, yes, but at home children, maybe someday we will start everything together so that they can watch how and what. But we will assume that this is desirable, but not necessary. But desirable!

what is not important
- bread size
- device color
- device size - we will place it somehow
- brand. The main thing is functionality and relative reliability. Only LandLife Chinese does not offer - the plastic in the ice cream maker stinks even 3 years after purchase

Does this happen in nature? Or do I want something non-existent?
Thanks everyone for the advice!

.....

Only a few models meet your requirements -
Bork x800, Brand 3801, smaller Kenwood 450.
There is also DeLonghi EOB 2071,
but it will be difficult to knead pure rye dough,
since it will be difficult to help with the scapula (Custard rye bread is real (almost forgotten taste). Baking methods and additives.)
and a piece of exoticism on the Russian market
Zojirushi Breadmaker BB-CEC20.
The still new non-programmable Moulinex RZ710100.
All Panasonic models, they are not programmable, but albeit sometimes with a Tambourine,
but the bread is baking well, quiet
and with a small caveat 2502 model as well.
Perhaps that's all.
The rest of the HP is baked bread,
the price is mostly comparable,
and here are the possibilities and results
not very comparable.

mini-oven struck in the heart, but we cannot refuse rye bread. Yes, and the c / c dough is also usually steep, so it is possible that everything will be limited only to dreams.

Hello, probably the new ones are a little annoying, but still, like NeferTit, I ask for help from those who know and can. Mom needs to buy HP on DR, but the whole family will use it.
Requirements:
- baking of rye, bread with bran (and probably whole grain) is simply necessary since there are 2 diabetics in the family, and indeed it is sooo healthy bread.
-Kneading dough for dumplings and dumplings, but I think that any hp can handle this.
- more weight is better (big family)
- bucket quality
- the quality of the spatula (they said about LG that there are plastic ones that crack)
- price (not sky-high)

Not important:
- oven dimensions and color
- availability of the jam program
- brand

I understand that there are still many different nuances, but I am still little aware of them. So tell me, advise.
P.S. I am from Ukraine (as far as I understand, not everything we have that is in Russia)
sazalexter
Allchonok Panasonic SD-2501 read here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=169416.0 Yes, when searching and buying, be careful in Ukraine, many European Panasonic models are sold, the difference is in the letters at the end and it does not have a dumplings mode!
Allchonok
And the quality of the bucket? I just read that the Panasovs have it peeling, but it costs like half a stove (((
sazalexter
Allchonok I'm shocked how many years I've been on the forum and on the Internet, I've heard this for the first time! It is abraded, scratched, but this is normal, like any Teflon. It’s peeling in other HPs, Delongy had it, I don’t even remember any other non-names And there is a bucket and it serves for a very long time, I have something that served for three years with merciless exploitation
sazalexter
Yes, I want to note, my bucket began to leak a little, I wanted to repair it, but then the family decided to buy a new bucket, pay no, a new HP, namely a bucket! And then I'll make the old in reserve.
vernisag
In my scare Teflon on the edges of the bucket began to crumble after 5 months already ... mystery , for more than a year of daily use, the bucket is in perfect condition. What kind of coverage is there, it's so blue ... And the Panasonic would be programmable, the price would not be there.
Allchonok
I say what I read
And how is programmable? And in general, can you tell me where to read a general classification of some kind by bread maker, not by brand, but by functionality, so that you know how to choose. I started to read about Panasik but haven't finished it yet.
I just read about buckwheat and rice flour, do not all of them support these types of flour? (((

I have a Panasonic 255 for four and a half years. The second bucket is already three and a half years old (because in the first one, out of my stupidity, I dropped the spoon during the kneading). The coating is still old, gray. There are circular scratches under the blade (salt with inclusions has entered). Recently the coating started to bubble slightly near the shaft. The native mixer with a gray coating was replaced a year and a half or two ago - the coating just started to peel off from it. The black stirrer (with a modern finish) works great, I recently examined it and found no damage. Conclusion: The new black finish is even better than the old gray. And my costs for a bucket and a mixer are fully justified for such a period of operation.

I've been monitoring the Panasonic topic for a long time.Messages about the need to replace the bucket are sooo rare (unlike some other brands). Yes, the price of both the bucket and the stirrer is rather big. But the risk of hitting this price is small.
Allchonok
Rina, thanks, I also thought that this risk is small, especially since all HP have it. Can you say anything about buckwheat flour and bran?
Rina
Allchonok, alas, I cannot say anything about buckwheat flour and bran. I bake mostly very simple wheat gray bread (flour grade 1 or 2) and wheat-rye 50/50. There was a case - I added bran to bread, tried to get something like doctor's bread, but it is better to bake them in the oven, and then I had not yet gotten to this business (by the way, I need to try again). In principle, in Panasonic you can bake almost any "bulky" bread (that is, not lavash, not ciabatta, which should be flat) and knead the dough for any bread. There are enough modes to choose a suitable one or to bake in manual mode, that is, mix separately, and baking separately, but all this in one bread maker. There is a "diet" mode - I didn't have to use it, I need to ask other users.

By the way, check out Alexandra's theme HERE, it is just devoted to nutrition with diabetes restrictions, there are recipes for bread.

And how much do you want to save?
You can buy a 2500 model in online stores in Moscow for 4300 rubles.
Or go to the section Ukraine or Countrymen.
There, local divas also use local brands, you will understand everything.
Relatively decent ones buy for less than 2,000 rubles.

Girls praise Orion-27. It costs more than modestly - 429 UAH.

Hello. I want to give my wife a gift - a bakery. Naturally, I do not know anything that is needed. Now we go to the bakery for hot bread: we buy ordinary white, because there is nothing else. And I would like so much that the baker could cook French with a crispy crust, kefir.
I saw that many advise the Panasonic SD-2500 (we have 5340r), but I thought to take something cheaper: for example (looked at the market) Kenwood BM250 (4000r), LG HB-206CE (4540r), LG HB-1051CJ (4060r) ...

Option 1: Advise a simple, not expensive bread machine just for baking bread (at the top I wrote what I would like). Size - even a standard 400g roll is enough, you definitely need an auto-mixing so that the crust can be made and the timer (so that it can be set in the evening, and the next day by the evening the roll is ready, to come home from work!). The main thing is not expensive and that it bakes well on the machine. And then I read the LG HB-1051CJ branch for the first time, not everyone succeeds.

Option 2: Advise all the same, but + so that you can make sure to cook pizza, as well as cookies, muffins, etc. Maybe bread makers can also make yoghurts - then they can be included in the functionality. Naturally, I understand that it will be more expensive!

Please advise proven models so that they can be easily found in stores! Thank you.

My girlfriend has such a model Mystery MBM-1203 Which bread maker to buy? Which bread maker to buy? , she is very happy with it, has been using it for the second year, the bucket is in good condition. The price is simply ridiculous, in online stores from 2200 to 2600 rubles, 12 baking programs. Well, if with a multifunctional look here this DeLonghi EOB 2071 , but this is already 10-12 thousand rubles.

I really am in the throes of choice, I fished out Clathronic 3365 (2g warranty, cheap), VVK HB 1003 V, LG 156 JE, Tefal 4002 (also 2g warranty), maybe you might be interested in this.

Thank you. By the way, I considered 2501, only now I was sealed. Why do you advise Panasonic so clearly?)

Well, apparently it's better than that ... Although there are sooo many stoves now and the stoves are not bad, I have two, the top crust of the garene is always white and the bucket peeled off after 5 months, and after 3 weeks of work the stler is under repair for the second month ...
Rina
AnnaNelipaPanasonic is generally the founder of automatic bakeries (since 1987). Development and design are completely in-house, as are the production facilities. These stoves are among the most reliable and hassle-free. Yes, parts and repairs are expensive, but they are rarely required. For example, for four and a half years, I needed to buy a bucket only because of my own mistake (dropped a spoon into a working bread maker, scratched the coating), bought a stirrer (the coating peeled off) and one minor repair (thanks to the men from our forum - they suggested, what and how), again, because of my own actions, I severely overloaded the engine several times. Once again - this is for more than four years of quite active work.

A timer and adjustment of the crust color are now available in almost all HP (the absence of such functions is already exotic).

Pizza dough is all the same yeast dough. The function of a separate kneading yeast dough is available in almost all ovens. A separate option is decided in the same Panasonic.

Cookies and most muffins are shortbread dough. Long-term mixing is contraindicated for him. This function is stated in some stoves, but how it is actually implemented is a question.

Yoghurt is also available in some ovens. But for me there is one but. In the bucket of a bread machine, there are almost always some crumbs from the bread. And utensils for yoghurt must be thoroughly washed and sterilized. Washing a non-stick baking pan too thoroughly does not always benefit this baking pan. Sterilizing, washing, say, a glass jar is much easier.

The "oil" function - do you really need it? I have only one friend who makes homemade butter. And without any bread machine.

so usually the kit includes a separate plastic, let's say, a jar for yogurt - it's not prepared in the bucket itself
Rina
in my unold (deutsche mark) yoghurt is prepared right in the bucket. There, the main feature is that milk is stirred in the form at the first stage of yogurt preparation, sort of, for even distribution of the leaven. As for me, it's easier to cook either in an ordinary yogurt maker, or even in an ordinary can on a battery.

PS I typed from an uncomfortable keyboard, some of the text was lost.
irysska
If you cook yogurt directly in a bucket - here I am with you, Rina-Irina, I agree - this is impractical and inconvenient

Yeah, for me, too, a question, that's why I'm asking. I probably should have asked her yesterday to turn it on and press the buttons, but I was even ashamed ... Although in the book, where program 14 is, it is written in brackets like this (HOMEMADE).
