Salt pinch

Cooking method

  • Pour into a greased cake pan or small cupcake tins, bake at 200 ° C, the cake will turn brown and soft. If small muffins - 15 minutes is enough, if all in one form - 40 minutes.
  • You can add nuts, raisins, prunes, dried apricots, seeds to the dough. In general, what is in the post at home, then it gets into the cupcake.
  • Today I made muffins in muffin tins, put half of the dough, on top - ground prunes with nuts, then a little more dough to cover the filling, the whole dough was 2/3 of the mold. In photo 1 cupcake in a cut, you can see how porous it turned out.

And I also experimented - I put the dough in mini-molds (for marmalade, jelly, etc.), they are very small and the muffins were ready in 5 (!) Minutes, baked very quickly.
