Cooking method

Spread it at a distance from each other, then come close. I put it on a proofer in a microwave (convection 40 *), and turned on the oven to warm up at 190 *. An hour later - grease with milk and bake at 190 * 5 minutes, then at 180 * for another 20 minutes (in the electric oven, turn on both the upper and lower shades, bake on the 2 bottom connector). At the end of baking, remove the baking dish and cover the buns with a towel on top, without taking them out of the mold. Drive off impatient household members until the buns are completely cool.
