They turned out to be quite good, especially when they cooled down and stood for a couple of hours. But I didn’t have enough taste in them. I decided to add salt. Today I did it on purchased yogurt, it does not differ much from kefir, it is thicker and not so sour. I added lemon and put half a teaspoon of salt. And it turned out just insanely delicious! No jam, sour cream, condensed milk is needed. They are delicious in themselves !!
