Paille potatoes baked with cheese and sour cream (Brand 701 multicooker)

Ingredients

Raw potatoes 800 g
Sour cream 150 g
Semi-hard cheese 100 g
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Three potatoes on a very fine grater, as for Korean carrots.
  • We rinse in running water through a colander.
  • When the water drains, gently rub it with salt and vegetable oil.
  • Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, set "Fry" No. 1 - Vegetables, set the time - 30 minutes.
  • Fry potatoes in small portions until lightly golden brown, put on a plate. When we put the last portion, do not stir it, but after 3 minutes we end the program.
  • Put a tablespoon of sour cream on top, level it, sprinkle with grated cheese, then put the next portion of fried potatoes, shifting with sour cream and grated cheese.
  • We put "Baking" for 50 minutes.
