Ingredients

Chicken soup set 500 g
Water 1.5 liters
Celery (stems), carrots, onions 1 tbsp. spoon
For brightening mass
Ground beef 50 g
Raw egg white 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Peel-cut celery, carrots and onions, simmer on the "Fry" program for 5 minutes with one teaspoon of butter.
  • Then put the meat, fill it with not very cold water, put on "Soup" - 1 hour.
  • Prepare the clarifying mass - mix the raw egg white into the ground beef, make three balls.
  • At the end of the "Soup" program, filter the broth, salt, pour it back into the multicooker bowl, put the "Soup" on - 20 minutes.
  • When it boils, carefully put the minced meat in the boiling broth with a tablespoon, close the lid.
  • Consommé protagnier
  • At the end of the program, let it cool slightly and filter. To completely remove the fat, cool the broth well - then the fat is easily removed with a spoon.
