Ingredients

Opara
soft mature leaven 200 g
premium wheat flour 150 g
Dough:
compressed yeast 1 gr.
warm water 100 ml
premium wheat flour 4 tbsp. l. + 100 gr.
salt 1 tsp
granulated sugar 1.5 tsp.
vegetable oil 3 tbsp. lies.
dry herb rosemary and oregano 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • We knead the dough and sourdough - it turns out cool, shape it into a ball, and put it in the heat for 4 hours. During this time, it doubles.
  • Dough:
  • 1 gr. the pressed yeast is dissolved in 100 ml of warm water, add 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour, stir, then it's all in HP, there 1 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 teaspoons of granulated sugar, spread the raised dough, put on the "dumplings" mode. After 5 minutes of kneading, turn off the stove, add flour, about 100 gr., 3 tablespoons of rast. butter and 1 tbsp. spoons of oregano and rosemary. Again we put on the "dumplings" mode, now for 20 minutes. An elastic ball should form at the end of the process. We stretch this ball into a canvas thick. about 2 cm, fold it four times, knock it into a ball and put it in a microwave for 1 hour with a liter of boiling water.
  • Then we spread them on a board with flour, cut them into small pieces, stretch these pieces with our hands into oblong cakes, put them on a baking sheet and put them on a proofer for another hour.
  • Then we make holes in the cakes with our finger, grease them with plenty of oil and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  • We bake at T200 in convection mode until tender - until they are browned.
