The gas oven is such a headache. When I bought it, I thought: well, Bosch will be the best, and the price and quality are correspondingly high. As a result, until I bought a stone in the oven, there were continuous problems. The bottom is on, there is no convection, the grill can only be turned on separately and then with the lid open.

So I advise you to take an electric one, despite the presence of gas. There are much more opportunities and it is more convenient to use.

Wasp Maria! Thanks for making such a welcome list! I'll go for a walk on the sites.

I'm looking for a gas stove now. Girls, tell me who has one, I need a good oven. I am leaning towards a combined (with an electric oven), although at first I thought about a purely gas one, but I'm afraid if the oven will work well.
Lana Sveta, you have gas at home, right? Can you advise what?
Verochka, Happy New Year and Merry Christmas, dear! Be happy, peace and quiet of your soul !!! 🔗
I have pure gas. Bought last year. Electrolux!
The stoves became better in some way, but also weaker in quality ... Mine served for 17 years (Ariston) and was in excellent condition, except for the whims of the oven ... The hob is gas, and the oven is electric is the cook's dream. did not consider, for economic reasons ... It's easier to buy a desktop email. oven ... So I reasoned! ... Now with two Cuckoos I only need an oven, because I cook in pressure cookers! It's sad, but I'm switching to electricity ... True, yesterday the goose baked the stoves in the oven ... And the duck is in the Cuckoo (for the New Year!)
VeronicaB
Thank you girls for the advice. So I think that I will still take the combined one, since I have never used a gas oven, but I know that they are very capricious. Mom (she has a gas one, though the most common, without bells and whistles) did everything she could to evenly bake (both broken brick and sand on the bottom). And I was afraid of her even to light the oven

Svetik, desktop ovens are not large in volume, I just have a microwave oven with convection and a 32 liter grill, not enough for me. I want a large oven so that a lot can be placed on a baking sheet at once

I had salt on a baking sheet in the oven. Now I haven't done anything, but I bake on a silicone mat. I baked Tatar pies - one burned the bottom, and the second turned out to be excellent, you need to get used to it ...
I have a micra with convection and grill, but I don't bake in it. I just do not like to do it, and the term has expired, she is already more than 10 years old and I am already wary of her ...
Verochka, can I combine gas and an electric oven for safety reasons?

And I bake in a micron like in an oven, I use only convection and a grill (I have this mode "oven"), without microwaves.First I turn on the "heating" mode, and then the "oven". It has baked very well for many years.
And as for the combined stove, many I know have such, like everything is fine with safety equipment. True, it is necessary to clarify whether the gas and the oven can be turned on at the same time.

Girls, can anyone have a Kaiser gas stove? I read the reviews, and they are so contradictory ... But you have to buy the stove. Gorenie thought, then I read that a year later and earlier there were problems with electric ignition, now I go to all the shops, and the sellers ... they can't say anything by any means. In any case, the seller claimed that the Kaiser was a German stove, and now I I read what is produced in Poland, in the same place as Hansu.
Tanya, I'm ashamed to ask, did you choose the stove?
I also really like the Kaiser, but if I knew for sure that they are really produced in Germany, I would have bought them without hesitation !!!
kavilter
I also look at the Kaiser, but their price is twice as much as Indesite, which is similar in characteristics. Why is it not clear?
Taia
This topic somehow faded ... Although it would be very interesting for many to read about who has which stove and reviews about it. I myself have been in search of a new stove for a very long time, but unfortunately I found few statements about the stoves.
For almost a month now I have been using the new BOSCH HGV 745220 hob. Gas top, electric oven. I used to bake buns, muffins and other things in it - great pastries are obtained !!! Directly the soul sings from the results obtained! I use my old recipes, proven over the years, and it turns out that they turn out differently in the new oven, it turns out that it can turn out much better. Before that, I had a Brest gas stove, the oven sucks, and there were bricks in it and all sorts of other tricks - nothing helped (I hate it).
Lika_n
You can ask the girls, the electric oven does not shine for me in any way, the old house is 50 years old (I wrote a request for 2 kV apartments) and there is also a gas boiler.
so the question is, what is better to look for a stove or separately top and bottom ... since I think there will not be much savings, since the gas of the stoves (so that the gas is the oven) is less every year. So I think why suffer. Thank you.
Kalmykova
I recently changed the stove due to a breakdown in an old thermocouple (this thing lights the oven). Previously, there was Hansa, they were pleased with her, and the oven baked without complaints, only the oven door began to fall apart. I bought a new model for Ardo. She is good to everyone, but she has not yet got used to the oven - she bakes bread perfectly, and burns sweet pastries. I put the fire to the very minimum, up to 150 degrees, then it bakes normally.
BlackHairedGirl
Here, I speak on the requests of workers about my stove. Previously, there was also Brest, now Indesit (Italy) gas, the simplest, without a grill, from the bells and whistles one timer and piezo ignition. There was no money for a more expensive one, since the washing machine was also out of order, so I had to buy a washing machine first. It would seem - a simple model, well, well, the simpler the better. It was not so!
First, the inconvenient grill. All dishes of small diameter fail, an additional cross is needed.
Secondly, the inconvenient location of the comforts. The most running comfort, which I constantly use, is in the back row. Frying has to be fried, reaching right into the second row. But in the first row there is a small comfort on which I brew coffee. The question is: what smart guy came up with this ??? Killing is not enough.
Thirdly. The oven sucks. The highest temperature in it is 180 degrees. How can you bake ruddy bread here? It does not rise higher, at least an hour of her gray, at least two.
One baking sheet goes to it and a wire rack. I bake on a baking sheet on a medium level. You can bake bread, but you will have it white and dried on top. And on the wire rack I put an old enamel baking sheet from a Soviet stove, but ... all the baked goods are burning from below !!! And white on top.
Unsuccessfully trying to find a baking sheet of the same size (I want a second baking sheet, one is clearly not enough). I found their website in Ukraine, in Russia, the baking sheets are declared (!) On sale, but not for sale. Look and bite your elbows. In general, a complete disappointment. We are to no one, i.e.buyers are not needed - that was the impression.
I have been using it for about a year. How much I use, so much I am indignant. It is impossible to get used to it. Somewhere here I exhibited her photo. I want to say: in no case repeat my bitter experience. Don't buy this stuff.
PySy Sorry for the emotions - well, it hurt ...

Our gas is much cheaper than electricity, but I bought a gas stove with electric. oven in the hope of a good oven. I was very worried until the first baking, I did not want to change the awl for soap and, in addition, pay for the difference in the price of electricity.

You will sound the model of the stove so that the people know "by sight" the enemy of the housewives.
I really sympathize with you.
Unfortunately, in many stoves, the arrangement of the burners is very unfortunate. I have been looking for a stove for a very long time by function, and it also turned out that the location of the burners did not suit me and I had to combine all this. : crazy: For this reason the choice was much narrowed.

Girls, such a problem. I have had gas for 2 years. Burner stove with gas oven and gas grill. Everything is fine, but when baking in the oven, the bottom burns, and the top is still white. After the purchase, I found such information that almost all similar models of Gorenie sin with this. Already a million times I regretted that I did not buy with an electric oven. And what I just didn’t do - I also put a baking sheet with salt on the bottom, and put water on the bottom, and changed the height, and the temperature, nothing helps. There is gas on top. grill. You have to turn off the oven, turn on the grill, during which the door, according to the instructions, must be ajar, which is not very good for baking. In general, one hassle. I even bake cookies first on one side, then take out the sheet, turn everything over and brown on the other.
Maybe the owners of the Burning will tell you whether you have encountered such a problem and what to do, maybe you need to adjust something in the stove, then call the master, or is it not treated?
lesik_l
Heals - you need a baking stone. It is like a thermostat in such an oven. I wrote about them and gave a link where you can buy in Ukraine in the topic "Joint purchase"

I really need a new completely gas stove, I often bake bread in HP, I want to start baking in the oven, well, bake meat, fish too)
Electro- no way to connect.
There are models of gas stoves with convection and electric grill. This is a good thing? Interested in fire safety, difficulties with washing the oven fan, problems with flame attenuation during convection operation.
There are such plates in Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, but they do not have a thermostat, judging by the instructions (((
Or buy ordinary gas stoves without convection, put water in the oven, lay a stone, or try something else so that the bottom does not burn? And what if there is no thermostat in the stove?
Are Electrolux and AEG brands good? I will order through the Internet, we do not have them available in our city (
Which ignition is better, two-handed or one-handed?
What do you advise?

... but when baking in the oven, the bottom burns while the top is still white. ..
Try first using an oven thermometer to check the temperature at which you are baking.

In general, I have a strange stove. There is no thermometer in the oven, only on the power knob there are figures with numbers - 1,2,3, ... The instructions for the stove indicate:
1- 150-160 degrees.
2-3 160-180
3-4 180-196
4-5 196-212
5-6 212-228
6-7 228-244
8- 260

These are the weird intervals. Here's how to navigate by them, I don’t know. And, most importantly, what is actually written corresponds to what is in the oven is unknown. I tried to buy a separate thermometer for the door, in a store where stoves are sold, they said that they were not sold separately, and advised me to focus on the plate. And how to do it? For example, you need 190 deg. How much to bet - 3 or 4. And if my gas pressure is weak, for example, then maybe 5 or 6? So I'm playing a guessing game. Maybe the seller was not aware of who would tell you. I know there are thermometers for measuring the temperature of a cooked dish, and there are such thermometers to somehow put or hang inside.
kavilter
I have a Kaiser - the bottom is also on fire, and the top is white. I checked the temperature with a thermometer - instead of 255 degrees it gives only 220 degrees. I bought a thermometer separately. I want to try baking pies on the top or second level from the top.

If it's still relevant, for example, I took Gorenje k 65348 dx. This is a combined stove (top-gas, bottom-electro), there is a programmer, gas control, convection, etc. I am satisfied with the burners and the ignition, I made pizza and Stolichny rolls in the oven, I really liked it. I also made chicken on salt today and sausages in the dough - everything is super. I work as a cook, our Rational oven is no better than Burning.

Yes, I read about it, only the stone is a little expensive, I think I can buy terracotta tiles for such purposes, they are very praised. You can see photos and reviews here

I even think to adapt such a tile from below and from above, it will turn out to be something like a Russian stove. She's not expensive.

I'm not a girl, but I will still say)))) And what kind of electric oven bakes terribly? My friend also has electric, I didn't like it, I don’t remember which one, I’m great. In my opinion, the rating is low Borka, according to reviews, an ordinary stove. If there is an opportunity, buy a more expensive combined one (see the post above), but for gases in general, when I read the reviews, Gorenie was praised, there seems to be a special oven arch, and the air circulates differently (if I'm not mistaken). I also face the need to buy a new stove. The husband strongly insisted that a completely gas stove was needed (we do not have very powerful wiring). Basically, I tend to burn in any way.

Question to the owners of combined stoves: what is the peak electricity consumption, i.e.?That is, how many kWh does the oven take in preheating (or self-cleaning) mode and for how long? How many kW is consumed approximately, say, for an hour of baking at 200 ° C?

A question to the owners of gas stoves in Ukraine: do gas ovens really gain the temperature set by the handle? And then my old BOSCH barely holds out in the oven up to 200 ° C (and it takes a couple of hours).
lesik_l
Rina, I can answer about the gas oven. The quality of the gas is disgusting. The maximum temperature is gaining in 40 minutes and then only 225 degrees. I thought it was the quality of the oven - I bought Bosch, all the same, the heating is barely.
An electric oven requires at least 3 kW of power. Work within 2-2.5 kW, and there can be peaks up to 3.
Rina
so I suspected this. I thought that I had "driven" the thermostat in the oven - I thought of putting a baking sheet with a small layer of salt on the bottom of the oven (the sensor is at the bottom, and the baking sheet reflects some of the heat back to the burners). I removed the baking sheet - it became better, but baking pies or bread is not so easy. Everything dries up, although I spray water inside. I read somewhere that our household gas does not provide the necessary kilocalories to catch up with the 270 degrees promised by the instructions.
BlackHairedGirl
Rina, I have a gas oven. The gas quality is terrible. Red flashes in blue fire are no longer news, something is being mixed into the gas. Because of this, I think my oven does not reach more than 200 degrees.
kavilter
As for the temperature in the oven: I bought a new gas stove, put a thermometer in the oven - it does not rise above 220 degrees. Ugliness!!! I called the foreman from the warranty service. I arrived. Two thermometers in the oven: his electronic and my TBD. On his - 250 degrees, and on mine it is still 220. Which thermometer should I believe?

I have a new Bosch combi cooker. The stated consumption of the oven is 3 sq. h, class A. I have been using it for a little more than 2 months, there is no general increase in electricity consumption at all, everything is in normal parameters. Although I bake a lot to celebrate. After all, it does not warm up all the time, as it gains the desired temperature - the heating is turned off, then the temperature is maintained automatically. Before buying, I was also very worried about the moment of increase in electricity consumption, but as it turned out in vain.

My Druzhkovskaya Greta reaches 300, checked by an imported thermometer ... Ir, in addition to the stove, the state of the gas system in the house (pipe diameter, age of the house, etc.) and the distance from the hydraulic fracturing station also have an influence here ... Ask your neighbors how ovens bake, and then sin on the stove ... And sometimes it is noticeable that gas comes from different sources ...
Kalmykova
I have a new Ardo stove. completely gas (I'm a fan of gas), but I don't like the oven, there was Hansa in front of it - it baked amazingly, but the thermocouple burned out and the door began to fall apart. And in the new 250 degrees it is easy (I measure it with a Tescom thermometer), although it is 180 on the regulator. Bread bakes well (maybe because it is in tins?), But when baking starts, the bottom burns instantly, even at 150. I put a baking sheet with salt down, it became a little better. So we are still looking for approaches to it.
Taia
And every time after baking I am bursting with joy of a successful choice of a stove. So many years of frayed nerves from the gas. ovens, as I recall. After all, the most important thing in the stove is the oven.

And such a situation can be if it is close to the wall (the norm is at least 10 cm) and the blower must also be opened when baking ...
