Egg powder 1 tbsp. l.
Crystalline sugar 6-7 st. l.
Sour cream 21% 4 tbsp. l.
Margarine 500 g
Wheat poppy 5-6 stkn
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin
Water 1-1.5 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind the yolks of hard-boiled eggs with sugar until gruel is formed, add egg powder diluted in water 1: 1, sour cream, mix. Then put softened margarine, mix everything thoroughly, add flour sifted with baking powder and knead the dough.
  • Further, at your discretion - you can immediately bake, you can put it in the refrigerator for a while (or, maybe, until better times).
  • Bake at 180-190aboutC, I didn't time the time, just while I was preparing the next baking sheet, the previous one was almost ready.
  • Now the nuances ... I bought the egg powder, but I couldn't think of where to stick it, so I decided to try it - Art. I put a spoon with a good slide into a glass, poured 1 tbsp. l. boiled water, it seemed a little - added a little, stirred well and left to swell.
  • Everything that is measured out with tablespoons, I measured out from the heart, that is, with a slide. Baking powder Dr. Opener h. L. under the knife. I measured the flour with an ordinary glass, 5 stkn seemed not enough, I added almost a glass.
  • The cookies are very crumbly and tasty and, importantly, a lot! I also sprinkle them with powder
