Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1.5 stkn
Butter 120 g
Powdered sugar 1/2 stkn
Honey 2 tsp
Milk 4 tbsp. l.
Lemon zest 1 tsp
Ground cloves 1/4 tsp
Cardamom 1/4 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1/3 pack (3 g)

Cooking method

  • Rub the butter into a foam, then add the icing sugar, honey, cloves, cardamom and lemon zest and rub until smooth. After that, pour in the milk, beat the resulting mass, then add the sifted flour, knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll out the finished dough into a 1 cm thick layer and cut round cookies from it with a glass or a special mold.
  • Put the kurabie on a dry baking sheet, place in a preheated oven and bake over low heat until golden brown.
  • Cool the cookies slightly, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar, put in a vase and serve with tea.

Note

I took the recipe and cooking from the site \ "superkuk \"
I cooked everything exactly (I only doubled everything), and left the same amount of powdered sugar (I cooked for the child)
It turned out to be 30 cookies, soft-crumbly and not sugary sweet.
I must say right away that the dough was not very hard, I rolled it out neatly and, having cut out the figure, pried it off with a spatula to transfer it to a baking sheet.

We need to try this same recipe with a softer ... through a syringe.

Celestine , thanks - an interesting recipe. I didn’t know for sure.
I'll try and bake these cookies, I want to squeeze out with a syringe. And I will add orange zest, because there is no lemon, and I stock up on orange in winter thoroughly. I also have different essences - also an option.

Celestine , I baked "Kurabye" yesterday, honestly photographed it, and put it on the laptop. But when I tried to connect to the Internet, it turned out that there was no Internet.
I will try to post a photo later.
The cookies turned out to be very tasty! Thanks for the recipe!
"Lakomka" passed the 5+ test.
I made 2 servings at once, ground cloves and cardamom quite coarsely, orange peel. The taste is not like shortbread dough. It is impossible to break away!

Celestine , yes, from a syringe. Perfectly pressed from first to last cookie. And it turned out very beautiful. I am happy with this result as a child.
Do you have any other recipes in store?
