You can read more about what is meant by the word "syringe" Homemade cookies Homemade cookies

Now let's imagine that you don't have such a "device", but you want cookies.
Option 1. Pass the dough through a meat grinder and spread the resulting flagella on a baking sheet.
Option 2. If you have a pastry syringe or bag, then you can squeeze out the stripes and lay them side by side in 3-5 stripes or some zigzags.
Option 3. We take a bag of milk, on one side we cut along the seam, and on the other we make a small hole through which we squeeze out the dough like from a pastry syringe.
Option 4. The easiest! We take a teaspoon of dough and roll it into a "ball" with our palms, clap it with our palms to flatten it and get a round cookie.

Viki I have been baking cookies for this recipe for a long time, only I pass it through the meat grinder and put the flagella that come out of the meat grinder on the baking sheet. Delicious crumbly cookies are obtained.

Tanyusha , in the Book about tasty and healthy food from 196 .... I don’t remember what year, the cover was badly worn out even before me, but I have the eighth edition from 1983, there is exactly this and it is through a meat grinder. It's just that with the advent of such a dispenser, my favorite cookies changed their shape!
Viki
foxtrader, then the dough that "home" (perhaps somewhere there is wild) for the syringe is more comfortable. He can also add zest and cocoa. And the second is more crumbly and harder to squeeze out. So you have a field of activity. Good luck !!! And I'm really looking forward to the feedback
Qween
Viki, thanks for opening this topic!

I also have such a press, but I completely forgot about it. I will definitely bake these delicious cookies tomorrow.

Try to add 1 boiled yolk to the dough, from which the dough is especially crumbly.

qween, get your abs! Enough for him to lie on the shelf, let him work! And here are some more recipes dough with mayonnaise:

Thanks everyone

That's it, the strength is gone
I squeezed out the first batch of cookies perfectly, also in different patterns, and while the first was baking, I put the second part of the dough in the refrigerator ... that's all ... pain The cookies are not working, I have been suffering for more than an hour, in no way ... it just does not stick to any surface at all (smears and remains on the syringe), I have already warmed and cooled it, in the same way. Has anyone encountered this? Because of what could this be?
Caprice
In my opinion, the dough does not need to be cooled, and the baking sheet should be allowed to cool after baking. Then they will stick normally. Doesn't stick to hot. I used two baking trays: while cookies are being baked on one, I press them onto the second, already cooled down.

I already pressed on different baking sheets, on the table, on my palm, and on the rough tile floor (I've been trying this dough for 3 hours already) and cooled and heated it. I put it in the fridge, tomorrow I will continue, I will practice ... I'm sorry for the food
Caprice
I shouldn't have put it in the refrigerator: in this case, it's harder to work with cold dough. It is harder to press. And the food is really a pity. In extreme cases, so that the dough does not deteriorate, it is worth rolling it out, cutting it into the desired shape and size and baking it. Although, to be honest, a little strange, this has never happened to me. Maybe this recipe has a lot of fat, and after baking it is worth carefully wiping the baking sheet?

Remains only on advice Caprice, so as not to spoil the dough - just roll it out and bake a simple cookie.
And it froze in the withers because of the oil !!!, even if the pack says "oil, 82.5% fat, etc." , but it happens only like this.
It is necessary to take proven butter / margarine.
Good luck !!

Some kind of dough bewitched
Today I continue to scoff at him (or it is at me) in any way
I'll try to put less butter ... although everyone is doing fine ... and the first run turned out the same, I think you need to immediately use all the dough if it works.
In general, if I figure it out, I'll write, maybe someone else will come in handy
Qween
Celestine , please write a recipe for the "bewitched" test.
I had a similar situation. As a result, we got, with torment, only hearts when pressed twice.
I really sympathize with you.

Homemade cookies

these are the remnants of the resulting cookies
Viki
Celestine, handsome guys what turned out. But the fact of torment upset me terribly! This is my favorite cookie and I always chill the dough, but I didn't want to "land" at all.
Qween
Celestine How are you doing with the cookies?

Celestine How are you doing with the cookies?

I report:
The next day I made the dough again (changed it a little, but I don't think it affected: I removed 2 eggs and less flour)
With a sinking heart, I squeezed out the first flower and ... it remained on the baking sheet. I also bought cutting molds, I decided to try it too.
I decided to bake homemade cookies for the child, I still know what I add there, so I bought all kinds of molds
If I find anything interesting, I will share

Viki, thanks for the recipe.

TatianaSa
Thanks for the recipe! I have already tried almost all the recipes for cookies with a press. This recipe is the best and most versatile. Nothing extra. The cookies are always great.
Viki
Tatyana, thanks for your attention to the recipe.
I'm glad you liked the cookies.
