Cooking method

Used the recipe https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=178632.0, but changed a lot.
Melt butter and granulated sugar in a steam bath. Add 2 eggs, whisking constantly. As it begins to thicken, add honey and cognac. Add flour (I have 230 rye + 230 wheat) + baking powder to the hot mash. Remove from heat and add cranberries with sugar (I just have 1: 1 raw), ginger (I have fresh grated 2 tbsp. L, cloves 1 tsp., Cardamom 1 tsp. L., Cinnamon 1 tsp. L,). Form gingerbreads with wet hands, put them on a double boiler. The "steam" mode is 35 min, but I poured water almost to the holder. The valve is open. Before putting, greased the stand with butter. Holds 5 pieces. At the end, I put the next ones, these flew off "with a bang." Then grease with prepared glaze. One drawback - gobbled up within 10 minutes. I put it again.

The dish is designed for

20 pieces

Such an interesting recipe, or rather, the cooking method surprised me unspeakably - bake in a slow cooker for a couple! I have no doubt in your words, but can you see similar recipes somewhere?

Took from here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...on=com_smf&topic=178632.0, but ratios, grams and modes are different. Look, compare. And I have already put in the next game, my family is the priority. I'm already cooking, the neighbors are waiting with plates. Moscow.

Thank you so much!! Well, I’m just like some kind of savage, I didn’t even know what they were baking for a couple. I’ll definitely try for Christmas your version and another
