Potato pancakes with cheese

Ingredients

large potatoes 3 pcs.
eggs 2
sour cream 2 tbsp. heaped spoons
flour 0.5 cups
cheese 100 g
salt 0.5 tsp
soda 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Peel and grate the potatoes. Add sour cream, eggs to the potatoes and mix thoroughly. Then add flour, salt and soda to the dough. Mix thoroughly again.
  • Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Add to pancake dough. Mix again.
  • Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat. Spread the dough into the pan in a thin layer. Fry on both sides until tender.
  • Bon Appetit!!!
