Korean meat balls

Ingredients

minced meat 0.5kg
soy sauce 2 tbsp.
pepper to taste
garlic 1 clove
onion 1 PC.
sesame seeds 1 tbsp. l.
egg + some water 1 PC.
flour
SAUCE
soy sauce 4 tbsp. l.
grape vinegar 4st. l.
honey 2h l
wasabi 1/4 tsp
sesame 2h l.

Cooking method

  • Chop the onion.
  • Squeeze the garlic through a press.
  • Fry sesame seeds in oil until golden brown.
  • Add all this to the minced meat. Then add soy sauce and freshly ground pepper.
  • Form small balls (no more than 1 tbsp. L.)
  • Then roll them in flour - then, a beaten egg with water - then again in flour.
  • Fry in sunflower oil until golden brown.
  • Optionally cook and serve with sauce.
  • To do this, simply mix all the ingredients.
