Ingredients

Lamb (trimmings: peritoneum, shanks, neck, etc.) 500-700 g.
Bulb onions 2 pcs.
Frozen peas 300-500 g.
Bay leaf 1-2 pcs.
Freshly ground black pepper 2 pinches
Coarse salt taste
Dry white wine 30-40 ml
Olive oil grease the bottom of the bowl

Cooking method

  • Often, after cutting the meat, unformatted cuts remain.
  • They can also be cooked deliciously.
  • We clean meat scraps from thick spit and fat.
  • We bring all the pieces to one size - small.
  • Lubricate the bottom of the MV bowl with oil.
  • Finely chop the onion, throw it into the bowl, turn it on fry for 5 minutes. While it is warming up and fried, put meat, salt, pepper, bay leaf on the onion, pour in wine or a couple of tablespoons of water. We fall asleep on top of the peas, without defrosting.
  • We turn on the stewing for 3-4 hours, depending on the age of the meat.
  • If, after stewing, it switches to heating and sweats for some more time (it can be up to several hours), the meat will completely melt in the mouth.
