Vegetable jelly in meat broth

Ingredients

Pumpkin 70 g
Potatoes 100 g
Meat or vegetable broth 1 glass
Salt and spices taste
Gelatin 15 g
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • First, cook the broth. I take 25 g of pork, add parsnip root, parsley root, peeled onion, pumpkin for flavor and carrots. Cook for 35 minutes on the Multi-cook mode, 100 degrees.
  • Strain the broth.
  • Then cook the peeled and chopped pumpkin for 20 minutes. You can steam it while the broth is cooking.
  • Mash the pumpkin and season with salt.
  • Dissolve gelatin in hot broth, if necessary, heat until completely dissolved, but do not boil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of broth into the pumpkin, mix well.
  • Grease silicone molds with vegetable oil and put pumpkin puree in them halfway. In the refrigerator and until it solidifies.
  • Vegetable jelly in meat broth
  • Then steam the peeled and chopped potatoes for 30 minutes.
  • Mash, season with salt and add the remaining broth. Stir and place on top of the pumpkin jelly.
  • In the refrigerator until it solidifies.
