Ingredients

Frozen green beans 1/2 pack
Corn 1 can
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt, seasoning for meat Taste
Water 1 m. St.

Cooking method

  • Wash beef, dry, cut into small pieces. Chop the onion and carrots not very finely.
  • ROAST mode 10 minutes: fry the beef, onions and carrots.
  • MEAT mode 20 min, default pressure: add beans, corn (with water), salt, spices, tomato paste, garlic.
  • I did not relieve the pressure, I waited until it fell by itself.
  • Bottom line: the meat is not boiled into stew, for me it is the most.

I tried it. My husband liked it. I'm not really. I won't even say what exactly I didn’t like ... Maybe I didn’t add some salt. It turned out to be somehow boiled and not very soft.

I advise you to add chickpeas instead of corn, and fresh tomatoes instead of tomato paste, after removing the skin from them. And the main advice is, do not buy these imported frozen vegetables, they should never be eaten. If you love them that much, buy fresh ones and freeze them yourself.
