Cooking method

  • For variation, you can add red bell peppers - ground or fresh, whichever you prefer.
  • 1. Parse the cabbage into small inflorescences.
  • 2. You can blanch directly in Borok, but for many years I got used to the autopilot in the microwave - in a 2 liter glass pan with a lid - I fill the cabbage with water so that the tops stick out a bit. My micra is very powerful, so I put it on 100% for 10 minutes.
  • 3. While the cabbage is blanching - I prepare the filling - I beat the eggs, add mayonnaise, milk, add salt and pepper abundantly.
  • 4. Drain the water, add pieces of butter around the perimeter of the cabbage. I give more oil, otherwise the cabbage will turn out to be completely lean. Salt, plop the contents of the saucepan so that the oil is evenly distributed, and so that the inflorescences are compacted more compactly and more compactly. And fill it with fill.
  • The next point is important here - there should be so much pouring so that the cabbage tops stick out a bit - if not enough, it is better to swirl another 1 egg with a gram of milk. Well, if the filling is too much, then it's not scary
  • 5. Top can be sprinkled with grated cheese, but we like it without it.
  • 6. Next, install:
  • "Multipovar" - 115 ° С - 25 minutes
  • 7. Open and get a moderately tender, moderately dense, moderately fried, delicious casserole !!!

  • A. If there is no desire and habit to blanch, then at the end of the program, hold on the Heating for 10-15 minutes - so that the cabbage reaches a little.
  • B. Quite an important point - if you put 4 eggs - the casserole will come out more tender, but you will get a little water at the bottom. And if you take 5 eggs, it will come out more dense. We like it softer.
  • 3. Cheese somehow made the overall taste heavier, so I refused it in this dish.

This is the kind of dish that I always do by eye, intuitively, so the proportions are not entirely clear.
Moreover, this is that rare dish when I am in no hurry and I seem to take one extra step - I always blanch the cabbage in a microne - we just like it much more. But I know people who don't. Cook once "with", another time - "without" preliminary boiling, and choose the option that you like best

Preparation
