Ingredients

fillet of any fish 500 g
eggs 3 pcs.
mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l
wheat flour 3 tbsp. l
onion 2 pcs.
seasoning for fish 1 tbsp. l
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Wash the fish, peel, separate the fillets from the bones and skin. Pass the fillet through a meat grinder, I pass it 2 times. Finely chop the onion and sauté in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  • Prepare the fill separately. Mix eggs, mayonnaise, flour, add fish seasoning, sautéed onions. Then we mix the minced meat with the finished filling and fry the pancakes in a pan.
  • I fried in the Orion pancake maker.

Note

Simple, but very tasty and tender! I advise everyone to try it.

I added quail eggs, homemade mayonnaise, raw onions (together with fish in a meat grinder) to the mass, and since I'm going to feed the children, only dill seeds (ground) are used in seasoning. Lightly fried on both sides, covered with cream (10%) and simmered in a skillet under the lid. Now wake up my shilopiki, I'll try to feed them. I will garnish with rice and pour with a creamy sauce in which the cutlets were stewed.
