Why is there no response for this recipe? Unclear! I tried to bake on the weekend, it turned out really nothing, great! But you need to lay down more flour, otherwise the dough is lively. And roll it out as thin as possible, then the lush brushwood turns out.

According to this recipe, I made brushwood, after reading the reviews during the kneading, I stood at the ready with flour, I thought I would have to add ... however, the dough turned out to be so steep that I didn't have to add anything (maybe my yolks are small). It rolled out with great effort, but in the end it was delicious, I poured honey syrup on the finished brushwood and sprinkled it with sesame seeds - though it turned out a lot, a big bowl of brushwood ... everyone ate it.

Here is my recipe for brushwood, I am making it already (they don't live so much):

egg-3 pcs.
yeast-15 gr.
sour cream-3 tbsp. l.
vodka-3 tbsp. l.
flour -3.5 tbsp.

Dissolve yeast in vodka, sift flour with a slide and pour in all the ingredients, knead the dough and cold for 30 minutes.
Roll it out thinly so that the table pattern shines through the dough and cut strips 8-10 cm long and wide with a knife or curly wheel. 2.5 - 3 cm.
Make an incision in the center of the strip and turn one side through it.
Fry in pods. oil, fried instantly.

Sprinkle the cooled ones with sugar. powdery, it turns out airy and crispy brushwood, eaten like seeds in an unmeasured amount

Here is my recipe for Khvorost with the Ukrainian name Verguny. The recipe I took from the book: Modern Ukrainian cuisine, 1987 release, cooked them many times, the recipe is proven.

Required:
250 gr. flour
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
50 gr. butter
1/2 cup sour cream
on the tip of a knife soda and salt
1 tbsp. a spoonful of vinegar
50 gr. vodka
sunflower oil for frying
For sprinkling 4 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar, vanillin

Butter with flour and soda is flogged on the board, a deepening is made and eggs, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt are placed there, vodka is poured in and, after kneading the dough, it is rolled thinly; the dough is cut into strips two fingers wide, which, in turn, are also cut into strips 15 cm long. on both sides, When the verguns are browned, they are put on a plate, sprinkled with powdered sugar with vanilla.
P.S. I put everything according to the recipe, but I add a little flour when kneading before rolling, the dough should not stick, but it should be soft so that it can be easily rolled out. Every time I cook a double portion and it turns out to be a large bowl, however, they are not delayed for a long time - they are too good with tea.

2 chicken eggs
2 tbsp. l. vodka,
1 whisper of salt
Rast. frying oil,
