Sea bass rolls in Steba DD1 ECO

Ingredients

Fillet of sea bass 4 things
Bacon 8 slices
Fresh ginger 100 g
Chilli 1 piece
Garlic 2 large slices
Olive oil 80-100 ml
Granular mustard 1 teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper taste
Sea salt taste
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. In a bowl, mix finely grated ginger, salt, finely chopped chili pepper, garlic (through a press), lemon juice, mustard and olive oil.
  • 2. Brush each fillet well with marinade, put in a bowl, pour over the remaining marinade and leave for at least 1 hour.
  • 3. Assemble the roll: a slice of bacon, fillet, a slice of bacon. Gently roll into a roll and fasten with a toothbrush (I pulled together with silicone cords). Remove the excess marinade.
  • 4. Put it in the multicooker bowl. Fish mode 15 minutes.

You can't say what ginger is spicy to taste. I can't describe it, but I really liked it. I understand that you can calmly do without bacon, although it gives its own touch. This dish will definitely settle in my diet and will do it quite often.

I cooked in a Teflon bowl (I forgot to write, I'll fix it now), no oil
and you do not need to add water. Everything you need to eat in the marinade. Nothing is burnt
and not even fried. Another fish, I think, is possible, but not fat. It seems to me
it will work well with pike perch, with telapia.
