Note

I found a recipe on the internet, the author was not listed, so I can't name it. For a long time I walked around and about this recipe, and decided to cook it. I slightly changed the recipe, or rather adapted it and the result exceeded my expectations.

In a real Internet recipe, they were not wrapped in ham - it will be dry, but pancetta is a kind of raw smoked bacon. It was also baked with bacon - it became so crispy and the rolls themselves were soaked in fat. It turned out delicious.
