Tanya, thank you very much, otherwise I also closed rice porridge for myself. I will definitely try in your proportions and at a pressure of 0.3, because yours looks VERY appetizing

Tan, can I stick in? Do you like milk porridge at Brande? In it, they are boiled at 30 kPa, which is equal to 0.3 bar at Stebe (1 kPa = 0.01 bar). I thought you'd figure it out for yourself.

Nah, Ksenia, I didn’t guess I wanted to test everything and quickly, I promised 4 minutes and I had to cook at 0.3 as usual, so I waited from 0.7 for a fast and tasty porridge, but miracles do not happen.
In Brand, it's still a little bit different
Now I want to taste the porridge in my Unit jet smokehouse.

Today I cooked rice porridge in a ratio of 1 to 4.5. Cooked on the Kasha mode pressure 0.3, 13 minutes. It turned out to be a delicious gruel, but a little thin. At this time, you need to do 1 to 4. And I really liked the rice. I didn't release the pressure. I waited.

By the way, yesterday I cooked 2 cups + 7 cups of liquid. It turned out super !!!

My children do not eat ordinary polished rice. Finding myself alone this morning, and remembering about rice, I decided to quickly cook rice porridge while the children were gone. I found in the bins only 0.5 MWs of cereal. Poured 2 Mst of milk, put it on for 12 minutes, on Porridge at a pressure of 0.3. As a result, a spoon is worth in the porridge, but it still tastes good. And I also filled it with coconut oil. I don’t know if we need to pour more liquid, or reduce the time much, or just adjust to our rice.

More liquids and will be SUPER!

Ol, there is more milk, rice is different, the same depends on the manufacturer. At 0.5 tbsp. cereals 400-500 ml of milk is necessary.

I cook buckwheat 1/2 to 0.3, set the pressure for 12 minutes, do not forcibly release it. I tried both for 9 minutes and for 15, there is not much difference, at 9 it can turn out a little damp.

Thanks, I went to cook.

Hello! Is the milk for porridge cold, do you pour it straight from the refrigerator? Today I tried to make porridge according to your recipe. It turned out awesome, but the pressure was gaining almost 25 minutes instead of your 13. So I'm thinking, maybe your milk was at room temperature? Thanks in advance for your reply!

There is no milk either from the refrigerator, in different ways, but the porridge does not cook for more than 35 minutes. I cook in the mornings, then in Brandos (most often), then in Stebian, of course, I do not time the time, but I know for sure that it is no more than 35 minutes, because everything is on schedule in the morning, so it cannot be longer. And night porridge I can only eat from slow food, and that's not all, rice does not apply to these cereals.

It's strange that she took my pressure for so long. Worried. What could it be because of? We bought Shteba only on Thursday, so I wonder if everything is all right with her

Was the valve closed properly, did not float, did not make noise? In principle, Shtebik does not gain pressure for a long time I constantly make pilaf, cook rice for garnish, I can't say that for a long time ...
annmer
Closed Well, it was a bit noisy periodically. Shouldn't you?
Today I made soup in it at 7 bars, although I immediately added hot broth, so 7 bars were typed quickly, but they didn't want three for porridge. Maybe because of the quantity? I took exactly according to the prescription a measuring glass of rice, 4.5 glasses of milk ... it seems like enough to gain pressure.

Should make a little noise at the beginning, and then shouldn't. Then I need to spot it again on porridge.

Please write what will come out. Well, yes, at the beginning it was noisy. I will try again
Thanks for the recipe anyway. The porridge is really excellent.

It gains 0.3 longer, because less intense heating goes on and the temperature is lower. So don't worry)
And at 0.7 should quickly gain, well, as you have)

Thank you so much
And I also wanted to ask this: when making soup for 0.7 today, there was a small flow of steam all the time, almost imperceptible. This is normal? At 0.3, this was not.

Masha, maybe the black valve was not level? Try taking it off and putting it back on. Generally it shouldn't, but sometimes it happens)

I tried it. There is also a way to somehow unwind it from below and fix the gasket on the valve (I read it on the VKontakte forum) .... I hope it won't come to that. Thank you.

I have already adapted, Shtebochka cooks delicious milk porridge for us in the morning, nothing burns. I also cooked at 0.7 pressure, but more often I cook at 0.3. Which bowl do you use? I read that it is absolutely necessary in a non-stick, and I myself do just that.

Yes, by 0.7. Standard program (if the settings are not changed) - 0.7. I don’t just like / don’t like it, it’s burnt!))) I’ll try 0.3. What if it will be drop dead ?!)))
annmer

I tried both. All non-stick was in milk "head over heels")).

I tried it several times at 88 degrees for 1.5 hours - it turned out garbage, although it was still heated for about an hour. Raw groats in hot milk. A 95 cuckoo cooks perfectly in an hour. In short, I continue to woo))).

Didn't forget to close the valve? If the valve is closed, everything should be ok. Almost all standard dairy porridges are obtained for 0.3 milk 1: 4 or 1: 4.5. We really like it.

Girls! Well, what about the porridge. Happened? I was going to buy corn grits. For a long time I have not eaten it, since cooking on an ordinary stove did not turn out to be normally boiled. How to cook in Shtebochka-Beauty? Milk or not?

Porridge by 0.3 turns out well, although the coolest cooker I have for porridge today is Brandosha 6051

Look, 1.5 hours for 88 grams is not enough for porridge.
I put on all night, then it turns out cool porridge. 88 g is like a slow mode Low, and on it you have to do at least 6 hours.
At 0.3 should not run away, in theory.
I just don't cook porridge in milk, only in water and then I can add milk.
Tanyulya
The porridge does not run at 0.3 and it turns out well, but I cook only in a coated bowl.
Masinen
Yes, stainless steel is heated more intensively. And for a bowl with a coating, it is even more even over the entire surface.

Tanya, thanks for the recipe! The porridge is amazingly tasty and of the right consistency! Cooked strictly according to the recipe in a non-stick bowl.

Ladies, hello!

Today this super baking oven finally reached me! I have Steba dd2 xl. I decided to start right away with porridge.
1. I cooked a scanty portion to check whether the child could cook porridge for the day. 4 tsp rice, 8 tsp. water and 8 tsp. milk. Salt sugar to taste. I cooked it in a water bath - I poured water into a stainless steel bowl and a ceramic pot of porridge there. For 15 minutes, the rice remained damp by 0.3. I put it on for another 10 minutes - all the liquid has evaporated, the rice is cooked

2. I cooked 1 measuring cup of rice in a Teflon bowl according to Tatyana's proportions, but replaced one part of the liquid with water - after 15 minutes, the rice was floating in the ocean of liquid by 0.3, but the rice was almost ready. I put it on for another 10 minutes. The liquid has acquired the very necessary consistency, but the rice has practically dissolved))) So I think - maybe I cheated with the liquid and poured an extra glass of milk from tired eyes? Riddle .. Well, it can't be that an extra liter of volume influences so much .. But if you poured the correct amount of liquid, then why didn’t the liquid boil down in 15 minutes?

I did not forcibly release the pressure, I waited for it to level out itself. Do you have any thoughts?

For tomorrow morning I set up rice porridge on a delayed start, poured half a glass of water instead of a whole one .. Let's see.

UPD. The porridge was cooked almost normally in the morning. I put on 18 minutes. by the way. There was not very much liquid left, it was completely absorbed in 20 minutes on heating. The rice was a little damp. My husband had had breakfast before, said that he was sticking to his teeth a little. My child and I ate breakfast after 30 minutes (total about 50 minutes on heating), the rice was already well cooked.
In general, it turns out that I need to cook porridge for 20 minutes and then eat it right away ..
