Cooking method

  • I bought Nute a long time ago, 2 months ago - after reading various goodies here on the site! And she herself did not know which side to approach him from! And today I decided to do it! The decision was spontaneous - I saw Nut in the closet and wanted to do it, just the meat was ready for pilaf! In this regard, the chickpeas did not soak, there was no time for this!
  • 1. Meat beef (there were pieces of the diaphragm). Cut into thin strips, about 5 mm wide.
  • Chickpeas with meat and vegetables (multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker Steba DD1 ECO)
  • 2. Prepare vegetables. Cut the carrots into small cups. Pepper in thick strips, about 1 cm wide., About half slices of Tomato. Onion in half rings. Chop the garlic, but not finely.
  • 3. Preheat a saucepan on Frying, pour in the oil and lay out the chopped vegetables one by one. First, simmer the carrots lightly, then add the onions and other vegetables.

I understand that the dish is not new, but wherever I read it, Nute is soaked there from 4 to 12 hours. I didn't have such time, everything was invented on the go. I am happy with the result, although I have never eaten or done this before, for me Nut is new to cooking.

Yesterday I prepared this dish, it turned out unusual (I cooked chickpeas for the first time) and delicious. I soaked the chickpeas according to all the rules - 12 hours with soda, rinsed, then cooked until the foam ceased to stand out (15 minutes). During the cooking of chickpeas, vegetables and meat were fried in a mult. Then chickpeas and meat together for 1 hour.
