Ingredients

sour cream 150gr

sugar 0.5 stu

vanilla 1h l

sugar 150-200gr
vanillin, cardamom (optional) 1h l

Cooking method

  • Grind butter or margarine with sugar. Add yolks, sour cream, salt, vanillin. Stir well and gradually add flour. Knead the dough until it stops sticking to the hands and table. Cut the gingerbread man into 4 parts and send to the refrigerator.
  • Prepare the filling.
  • Chop the nuts. This time, I didn't have walnuts, but almond petals. I crushed them right in the bag with my hands. Pour the chopped nuts into a bowl, sugar and vanillin or cardamom there, mix and pour the protein.
  • Do not knock down the protein!Mix again and divide the filling into 4 parts. This is my little trick, it's easier for me to navigate how much to put the filling. I always do this, even when sculpting pies.
  • We take in turn the koloboks from the refrigerator and roll out circles of about 30 cm. We divide it into 8 segments.

  • On each segment we lay out the filling with 1/4 of the divided filling and fix the edges of the segments.

Why don't mutaki myself! This is what I have written in my old notebook. This recipe was brought from Baku long ago by my husband's sister, sister-in-law. And since she never gives away her recipes so easily, I bought the recipe from her. Then for 1 Soviet ruble.
When I need to quickly prepare something for tea, I usually do mutaki.
