Natusichka, maybe Shteba?
I will honestly say that I rarely use SV in general. Rarely.
But if I suddenly get hot on

and in general Shteba is considered a good pressure cooker.

I'm in the topic of Choosing a multicooker "already suggested Natusichka to pay attention to Shteba. But they sell some cut-down models in Ukraine (without a timer and without the possibility of adjusting the temperature on the Heating)

Ritulya, that's what stops me

Natusichka, sorry. I honestly am not a fan of Steba. But, probably, it would be she who would fall under your conditions.
Maybe ask someone to be transported from Russia to you?
Biryusa
Natusichka, and in this Panasonic you can also cook sous-vide at 70 *. Even the recipe book has this dish.
Natusichka
So I didn't look after her for myself!

Olga, so I also have 18 models. But, to be honest, the more I read this topic, the more I fall in love with this cartoon! I began to re-read the topic from the very beginning, I write out all the important points for the future owner: which is better and on which program, what are the nuances. Therefore, while the cartoon is on the road (they sent it yesterday !!!), I am preparing a description of the nuances of use and all the positive aspects. It will come to my address, I will receive it and give it to the hostess with practical advice!

Then also in Temka about Multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH10ATW - reviews and discussion worth a look.
Look there on page 1 for duet recipes. It was a discovery for me! It is clear that we prepare such duets in two, three-story STEAM boilers. But when the girls showed that they put rice down, and chicken pieces on top, and all this ... Natusik! Attention! They cook in MULTI-cooker and not "Steamed", but on the touch mode "Buckwheat"! Have you already understood where happiness is? This is a touch mode, therefore, you can set everything on the timer from the evening, so that breakfast is prepared while you watch your pink dreams!

This two Irinka taught: Vernisag : a-kiss: and RepeShock And now I am so happy (and the same, only milk porridge gets bored every morning)

Tanya!
Thank you so much!!!!

Girls, prompt, urgently, urgently, biscuit on what program and how long to bake?
Sedne
Natusichka, I would do the heating on baking 50 min + 25.
Natusichka
Thank you, Svetochka!

Has anyone done? Did it turn out tasty?

Discussed here Baked milk in a multicooker
Natusichka
Tanya-Fanya, I, in principle, cooked like this in my 18 model, but someone wrote that this one is more nimble, so I thought that suddenly the milk would run away on stewing.

Helena, and bake this pie in Panasonic 181?
There, in the recipe, it is indicated that the pastries are in a small Fillet ... but how will it be in this model? Do you need to increase the portion?
alsou8987
Girls are now in Mvideo this MV 3145 rubles. worth it. Maybe someone needs it?
Tanya-Fanya
Today I accidentally made a pleasant discovery. Perhaps everyone has known this for a long time, but I just ...
I made a dough for a chocolate sponge cake. Suddenly it was necessary to urgently leave the house and for a long time. And then I thought, if I set, as usual, "baking" for 65 minutes, then how will my biscuit feel on heating for more than 4 hours (or even more)?
I took a chance, put a "multi-cook" 130 gr 1 hour 05 minutes. I figured that the cartoon would turn off and the biscuit would rest in a slowly cooling bowl.
The result exceeded my expectations. The biscuit is tall, firm and dry. Not a drop of condensation. And the cartoon did not stand in vain for an extra 6 hours.

Tanya-Fanya, Tanya, hello! Congratulations on a successful experiment! I'm glad it worked out. I baked biscuits on 130 multi-cook very well. But since in my handsome multi-cook lives his own life, I use it very rarely and under supervision.

And in the staff, too, 130 baked, but in Panasika I am much better at it.
DJ
Girls, the topic has already grown, read a lot, tell me, I choose a slow cooker for my mother. I stopped at this model, but it bothers me that in the reviews it is found that the display fogs up, the lid heats up and condensation flows down onto the table and into the dishes.
Tanya-Fanya
About the display: it literally doesn't fog up. When we open the lid, steam comes out of the bowl. It's like in any ordinary saucepan - you open the lid and steam from hot food comes out. This vapor goes over the top of the display and falls in droplets that can be erased. Nothing gets under the glass of the display. By the way, this is confirmed by the fact that the top cover is cold.

About condensation: there is no separate container for collecting condensate, but there is a deep hollow into which this condensate flows. Blot with a napkin or towel. But condensation does not always appear, but only when hot food lies in the bowl for a long time. The bowl is wonderful, thick, even in the switched off MV the dish does not cool for a long time, therefore condensation forms. To be honest, I cook a lot in it, but the condensation does not bother me. I compare it with the little Phillips 3060, in which the groove is shallow and, if the condensate is not caught, it overflows over the edge under the thicket onto the heating element.

I would draw your attention to the brightness of the display, I would show it to mom in the store. You need to ask the seller to turn on the cartoon. If mom can see well, it doesn't matter.

Good luck with your choice!
DJ
Thank you! For mom this is a gift, they have already ordered it via the Internet, we do not have these on sale. Thank you for clearing my doubts
Natusichka
Girls, advice is urgently needed. Is whole grain porridge better to cook on buckwheat or porridge?
Galin
We cook milk porridge on porridge, and on buckwheat for a side dish. If you need a side dish, then on the buckwheat mode.
Tanya-Fanya
Please teach me how to cook dumplings? On the "dumplings" mode? And do I need to boil the water first?
Thank you

how to cook dumplings? On the "dumplings" mode?
To my shame, I have never cooked dumplings in Panasonic, I cook out of habit in Ourson. They puzzled me, it will be necessary to specially train, maybe even tomorrow I will try. But for a start, I will put the dumplings in the already boiling water, in any case, there is also such a mode in Lakuchin, where the water was preheated, the multicooker gave a signal and it was possible to cook the dumplings. In Ourson, I pour boiling water from a kettle into dumplings, stir and set the time for 3 minutes on the Porridge program.
Tanya-Fanya
Galin, Thank you so much!
The kitchen is overhauled, so I feed the family with a multicooker. Until the need arose, I generally thought this mode was unnecessary, but now it is - :)
I put frozen dumplings in a bowl, poured boiling water, the default dumplings mode is 10 minutes, but this is clearly not enough, because 500 grams of frozen product and boiling water in an unheated appliance ...
So I didn’t like that these few minutes that the cartoon was warming up, the dumplings were "sour" in the water.
The frying option doesn't suit me, just boil it.
Thanks again!
Peter Push
So I got this cartoon today. I didn’t choose this site for a long time (I transferred the most useful information to myself on 3 leaves) and now I’ve already tried my pen - pilaf with bulgur is being prepared. Thank you very much Galin, Tane-Fane and everyone who shared their experience.

Added Monday 05 Sep 2016 08:19 PM

The pilaf turned out to be seemingly beautiful (I'm waiting for the family) let's try. When cooking, steam poured heavily, there was a little condensation on the lid. I pulled out the valve for washing, maybe I put it wrong.
Galin
I am sure that the pilaf tasted good. Congratulations on your purchase, I hope you will be friends like us. I would like to add on the Pelmeni program. All the same, I decided to master it. The principle of cooking on this program turned out to be the same as in Lakuchin. Turn on the program and select the required cooking time. We turn on Start and wait for the water to boil. The countdown will begin after boiling water, lower the dumplings, put oil, salt, spices, mix and wait for the signal. Pour enough water to close the dumplings. I liked it, a very successful program, the water doesn’t need to be drained, it’s immediately put on the plates.
Peter Push
Galin, thanks for the congratulations, I'm already friends. At night I want to put rice porridge in milk, and tomorrow I want to cook the first one. I take the program "dumplings" into service, dumplings are also possible, I think so.
Tanya-Fanya
Peter Push, congratulations on purchasing this wonderful assistant! Let him serve faithfully!

Galin, thanks for participating in mastering the dumplings mode. I haven't made friends with him yet. Specify, please, do you hear a signal after boiling water? After which dumplings are put? I have no sounds
Were your dumplings frozen?
Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya, thanks for the compliments! Milk rice porridge turned out very, very much like in childhood from the oven or oven. Girls, and which program is most suitable for the process of "languor". I want to try borscht. And another question - can you cook semolina porridge on stitching?
Tanya-Fanya
Peter Push, I will not say about semolina.
About borscht: I try to cook it at night so that it will infuse later.
I fry garlic, onions, peppers, carrots, beets, tomatoes under a lid in vegetable oil on "express". Together. Then pour boiling water from a kettle or heated broth. I add potatoes and spices. And I give 10 minutes to gurgle on the same active "express train".
Now the "multi-cook" mode is 1 hour 70 gr. borscht will be heated, it will not boil actively. It won't go into heating - that's what we need! We will watch sweet dreams or fairy tales before going to bed, read to children, and turn off the cartoon itself.
In the morning, the borscht will be still warm, like fresh milk.
We like it so much.By the same principle, I cook pickle, carcass cabbage rolls, that is, all the recipes that it is desirable to reach and infuse.
Peter Push
Tanya-Fanya, thanks, I will master.

after boiling water, you hear a signal
Unfortunately Panasonic does not have sound signals, it would be more convenient with it. But I'm already used to it, there is also no multi-cooker, I'm waiting for the multicooker to reach the set temperature and about the countdown, then I cook. I did the same when I was preparing dumplings. As soon as the countdown began, she lowered the dumplings into the bowl, added butter, added a little more boiling water so that the dumplings were completely covered with water. The dumplings were frozen, the dough was soft, it didn't take long to cook, I set the time to 12 minutes, it was enough, it could even have been less. The most important thing is to choose the proportions of water and time, it was even possible to take less water, next time I will pour so much water so that the upper dumplings are not completely covered with water. And if the dough is strong, then it's okay if all the dumplings are covered with water.
Tanya-Fanya
Now I understand everything! Thanks for the patient explanation.
Galin
Yes, not at all. I completely forgot that I cooked borscht in the old Panasonic in a similar way, only there I first put 5 minutes. the steaming mode, and then the MV switched to the Heating mode, and thus it turned out that the borscht was languishing. And in the new one, now, thanks to your tip, I will also do the same, in the Multipovar mode. Now I most often cook broth in Shteba (because I mostly cook beef meat, and beef cooks faster in a pressure cooker), and I either continue the borscht in Shteba or in Panasonic on the Soup mode (I really like this mode). And I do frying in the Multi-cook mode at 130 degrees, but first you have to wait for the countdown to start.
Tanya-Fanya
I don't understand "soup" in any way. What is his trick? Sometimes it seems to me that boiling is programmed, then gentle cooking without boiling.
Galin
Well, yes, something like that. But the first thing on this program turns out to be very rich, vegetables are not boiled, everything is in moderation.
Tanya-Fanya
Quote: Galin

My impression is that the Express mode is the same as the Bake and Multi Cook at 130 degrees.
It is faster to choose "Express" than to press before "Multipovar", so I fry on "Express".
I don’t wait for the countdown, I don’t have time to peel the onion, as the oil is already hissing - the bowl heats up on the "express" instantly.

Added Wednesday, 07 Sep 2016, 01:33 PM

I forgot to boast that I cooked a knuckle. Again at night. I poured boiling water over it, let it boil for 15 minutes on the "express" and "multi-cook" 70 g 1 hour 30 minutes. In the morning the bone came off easily. The roulette came out tender and wonderful :-)

Tanya-Fanya, but boiling water will not damage the bowl coating? And if you set the "multi-cook" mode for 1 hour 100 gr. Will the borscht actively boil? I have a min. 20 gurgle on the express.
Tanya-Fanya
Vegetables are fried in the bowl, it is hot. The bowl is afraid of contrasting temperatures. So we fill it with boiling water.

I wrote about borscht without meat or in pre-prepared broth.
If you want with meat, you can first cook on the "soup" mode. It's already longer.
I did not like it at 100 degrees on a multi-cook, it constantly boils very much.
