Ingredients

Fet cheese 200 g
Cheese fleeting 200 g
Cream, fat 33% 100 ml
Sour cream 20% fat 100 g
Wheat flour 150 g
Egg 4 things.
Dill (I didn't put it) 3 twigs

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with a mixer, add crumbled feta, cream, sour cream and beat again
  • Add sifted flour and mix thoroughly.
  • Cheese fleetingly grate on a coarse grater. Wash the dill, dry it and chop it. Add cheese and dill to the dough.
  • Cover the rectangular cake pan with parchment.

1 hour.

Cooking program:

Put the dough and place in the oven preheated to 180 C
