Sorrel pie

Ingredients

Sulguni cheese 300 g
Curd 9% 100 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Sorrel 150 g
Pine nuts 20 g
Mint for decoration
Butter optional 20 g
Sour cream 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • After watching the program 'On the most important' today and seeing such a Sorrel pie, an umbrella elk to cook it. The most interesting thing is that almost all the products at home were !!!! Only the cheese had to be bought, the daughter ran away quickly! Here's the result:
  • 1. We wash the sorrel, separate the stems from the leaves.
  • 2. We heat up the water and put the cheese there, melt it. Then we drain the water and put the cheese in the dishes and knead it a little (if it starts to set) around the edges, making such a cake.
  • 3. While the cheese is melting, add the onion and add cottage cheese to them, then sorrel (I did not cut it). As soon as the sorrel was completely dark, I added butter (for taste).
  • 4. Spread the sorrel mixture on the cheese 'crust'.
  • 5. Decorate with fried nuts and mint!
  • 6. Let the cake cool!

I reduced the portion a little, for a test! Generally liked it! A wonderful summer meal! You can have a snack before bed, easy and healthy!
