Zucchini-apple pancakes

Ingredients

Zucchini 1 kg
Apples (small) 3-4 pcs
Kefir (curdled milk) 1 stkn
Eggs (large) 2 pcs
Soda 1 tsp
Flour 2.5-3 stkn
Sugar 0.5 stcn
Salt pinch
* glass = 250 ml

Cooking method

  • Grate zucchini and apples on a coarse grater. If the zucchini gave a lot of juice, squeeze them out a little.
  • Pour kefir into the marrow-apple mixture, mix.
  • Add slightly beaten eggs (I beat a little in a mug with a fork), sugar, salt, soda, mix.
  • Add flour gradually.
  • Fry in vegetable oil.
