Cold soup with green peas

Ingredients

Potatoes 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Green onion 1 bundle
Greens (dill, parsley, cilantro, basil, etc.) 1 bundle
Smoked or uncooked sausage 1 "Hunter" sausage
Canned green peas 0.5 cans
Serum to the desired thickness of the soup
Lightly salted or salted cucumber 1 large
Garlic 1 clove
Pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the carrots into small cubes, put them in a saucepan with a little boiling water. When it boiled, I added medium-sized chopped potatoes, boiled both, cooled. I chopped the lightly salted cucumber as small as possible (or you can grate it on a coarse grater), chopped the onion and greens, chopped the sausage medium-sized, chopped the garlic. In the same saucepan I mixed everything, added half a jar of green peas along with the liquid, topped up with cold whey, added salt and pepper. Delicious with sour cream.
