Silver carp in Thai style

Ingredients

silver carp (steaks) 2 pcs
fresh ginger root 2-3 cm
garlic 2 cloves
chilli 0.5 pcs
juice of half a lemon
soy sauce 1 tsp
light honey (sugar) 1 tsp
Sesame oil 1-2 tbsp
black sesame seeds for sprinkling

Cooking method

  • 1. Divide the steaks in half lengthways and remove the spine. Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and marinate the fish in the resulting mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  • 2. Cut ginger and garlic into thin slices, pepper into slices. Make "boats" from foil, put pieces of garlic and ginger on the bottom, put fish and pepper on top (add a small slice of lemon if desired). Place the prepared boats on the steamer rack.
  • (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)
  • 3. Pour 2-2.5 cups of boiling water into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and turn on the "STEAM" mode, the time is 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the finished fish with sesame seeds slightly dried in a dry frying pan.

Note

Cook with love and bon appetit!

Natasha, try it, you won't regret it!
Are you straining my brain activity again ???
And how did we make cutlets and so forth for a couple before, until different devices appeared? Saucepan, strainer and forward

Hopefully this is temporary.

Marish, what a beauty!!
And after all, everything seems to be so simple ... but how exquisite and tasty

Tanyusha! The preparation is really very simple and fast. By the way, and not only silver carp can do this. I also cooked sea bass, it also turns out very tasty. The wire rack will hold 4-5 "boats" depending on the size of the steaks. I just photographed two, or if more, then it's hard to see.

The fish turned out to be very cute, and undoubtedly delicious. But why "Category: Yeast Bread"?

Marisha! Tasty oh-oh-chen, I know - I cook like that too! However, I don't always put honey and soy sauce. Well, here everyone cooks from what is at hand ...
Great, Marishka, thanks for the recipe!

How can you replace soy sauce?
Well, in general, this is a specific product and it is difficult to replace it - salt is usually replaced with soy sauce ... but so that on the contrary - I have not heard! Can the girls tell me what?

Marinochka, it's a great fish! The marinade is awesome! Soy sauce with honey and lemon. I noticed that honey is very often present in your recipes. In this regard, you and I have complete mutual understanding.

Honey, lemon, soy sauce and ginger, I think this is always a success and yummy.

fronya40-Tanya, iritka, Marisha, Anyuta, Bishka, Natasha, Tanyusha, girls, thanks for such a warm welcome to the recipe!

How can you replace soy sauce?
Bishka, unfortunately, there are no analogues to soy sauce. You can simply not use it (although it is now sold almost everywhere), but simply make it with salt - with sea or ordinary salt.

But why "Category: Yeast Bread"?
iritka, thanks for the hint, already fixed.

Marishawhat a delicious fish and so on time! I was just thinking about the question of steaming fish.
Marish, can you add vegetables to the fish in the boat, zucchini (I'm struggling with the harvest), for example, or broccoli?

Maaan, with cauliflower or broccoli, it's delicious and cheese on top, I really don't do it for a couple, but it's delicious.

Maaan, with cauliflower or broccoli delicious and cheese on top Yum-yum I really do not do it for a couple but yummyoooo.

Marish, I agree with Tanyusha, will be very tasty in the oven. And here the vegetables will taste like boiled ones. But as a dietary option it is quite possible.
