Jamie Oliver Plum Pie

Ingredients

butter 20 g
plums (sweet) 10-12 pcs
dessert wine (optional) 10-20 ml
eggs (divided into yolks and whites) 2 pcs
cottage cheese 100 g
lemon zest with 1pc
powdered sugar 50 gr + for powder
vanilla or vanilla sugar 1pack

Cooking method

  • First, cut the plums into halves and pour over the wine (you can skip the wine).
  • Beat butter with sugar and salt until smooth and add flour slowly.
  • Knead the dough until smooth.
  • Take a round shape and cover with baking paper (I have no paper, which I later regretted).
  • Lay out the dough and roll out the layer in shape, pulling the sides. My shape is not very suitable and therefore the sides did not turn out higher.
  • Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  • When it hardens a little, take it out and prick it with a fork so that the cake does not bubble during baking.
  • Bake at t * 180 * 15-20 minutes.
  • As it starts to turn gold, get it and cool it.
  • Beat butter with powdered sugar (I have sugar) adding yolks, lemon zest, vanilla and cottage cheese.
  • Instead of cottage cheese, I added 1 glass of plums. cream (Mashenka).
  • Then carefully introduce separately knocked down proteins "to the peaks".
  • Distribute this lush mass over the cooled cake.
  • Lay out beautifully plums on top.
  • We bake for another 25-30 minutes.
  • You can grind the finished cake with powdered sugar (I did not sprinkle it).

There are a lot of recipes for fruit pies on the forum ... you can't bake them! This one came to me by mailing lists and interested in its novelty.
