And the second ketchup turned out well, just like I wanted. made in the pressure cooker-slow cooker-slow cooker Steba. For half an hour under pressure and did not play off sweat, then threw in sugar, salt, spices, garlic and stewed for another 40 minutes, blended, poured in diluted starch, cooked for another 10 minutes and that's it.) For 10 minutes and truncated.)

I made this ketchup too. Also in the headquarters. I folded the tomatoes and a little onion - the cup was full, set the pressure to 0.7 for 15 minutes. The pressure dropped, self-added everything else, set it again for 15 minutes. The pressure dropped self-opened / problenderil / poured starch / added-mixed with cooled juice.
Poured into jars / twisted. The staff included 3 jars.
