Ingredients

butter 100gr
Parmesan cheese (grated) 5 tbsp. l
potatoes 5 pieces
sour cream 1 tbsp. l
garlic 3 wedges
parsley dill

Cooking method

  • Take 5 potatoes. Wash thoroughly.
  • We put it in a saucepan. Then pour water so that the potatoes are slightly covered. Cook until tender. We drain the water.
  • Making garlic oil:
  • -100 g soft butter
  • -5 tbsp. l. grated Parmesan
  • -1 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • -3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
  • -3 tbsp. l. finely chopped parsley.
  • Mix everything with ground pepper and, if necessary, salt.
  • Cut the potatoes lengthwise, put on a greased form. Spread garlic oil on each potato and put in an oven preheated to 250 g.
  • Cooking time 10-15 minutes.
