Ingredients

wheat flour 350g
corn flour 100g
milk 280ml
salt 0.5h l
sugar 2 s l
mustard powder 1h l
mayonnaise 2s l
linseed oil (mustard, other) 2s l
butter (margarine) 20g
dry yeast 1.5h l
grated cheese 70g
oat flakes (look at the bun) 1s l

Cooking method

  • Bread with a very interesting taste and color.

  • For cooking, first mix the mustard powder and mayonnaise, add butter and vegetable oil, stir until smooth. Pour milk into a bucket of the stove, corn flour on it, then wheat. In the corners, salt, sugar and "bump", in the middle of the yeast. Knead on the "Pasta dough" program. If you see that the bun is damp, you can add 1cl of quick oat flakes. Then take out the dough and let it rise for 1.5-2 hours. Then, on a floured surface, cut into portioned bars and allow to come up, already spreading on a baking sheet on baking paper (or in a greased form). Bake at 180 deg. 20 minutes.

  • You can also bake in a bread maker on the "White Bread" or "Basic" program with rises and pastries (about 3 hours 20 minutes)
